I sent a quote request for pallet racking and delivery. The reply ws quick and the price was ok. I paid for the racking and made arrangements for delivery on a Friday morning. Friday morning I received an email stating that we will not be delivering as they made a mistake with the delivery cost. They requested an extra $250.00 to deliver the goods. This extra cost was because the distance meant an extra hour driving. I cancelled the ordered and demanded a refund. At no time did the owner contact me to discuss, I had to ring the the salesman to discuss. The end traction left a bad taste of a company that is not trustworthy and totally unethical.
