Very Poor customer service and meat kebab was off. Requested a refund but was told they can't refund my money, making a formal complaint to health department.

Wife bought 2 food platters, overcharged the credit card and refused to refund the money. Food was off and ended up in the hospital. If you want fresh and quality food, don't go there.

I ordered kebabs for a function and it was a massive hit. So fresh, so much variety, reasonably priced and friendly staff. I recommend it to everyone I know. Thanks again Shire Food team!

I have been a customer for years. Great place to get reasonable prices on meat and seafoods. It is a wholesale outlet and they have meals like preprepared marinated chickens and also general groceries. I just landed a job with them part time because I was impressed with their service over the years. I run my own business which is too much heavy work for a full week so I decided to apply with a employer that is family run and orientated and shop sales is a lot lighter work and people orientated. If you haven't been there yet, well you could be missing out. If you visit, say hello to Me.

I buy from shire foods quite regularly and find they have such a large and nice variety. I have bought the veal schnitzel on many occasions because my family love it. This time when I cooked it there was so much so sinue and grizzly bits that it was not chewable I through out the majority. Was very disappointed and will not be buying the veal schnitzel any more!

Disappointed with the meat - we purchased beef steaks to cook. Quite expensive- quite chewy and too much gristle. Will not purchase meat from them again.

I ordered lamb, beef and Greek salad for a baptism. They came ‘pulled’ which I did not ask for and would have specified if I did. You don’t give someone pulled lamb by default. There were large chunks of fat throughout and swimming in fat we had to drain it and pull it all out.

The Greek salad was 90% cucumber and SOFT tomato. Both trays of salad and the lamb went uneaten by guests which goes to show the low standard. I thought Shire Foods would be better.

I sent them through photos of our order and feedback with no response. They don’t even care what they serve. It’s a shame to waste good meat by not preparing it appropriately.

As always, amazing service, the best lamb - doing a spit this year, and the range is fabulous.the best butcher by far. Great meat, excellent prices and service second to none.

Great choice of food, loved going here as it’s local. The lady is rude, I asked a question and she looked at me like I had three heads. The guy is super nice though. However, turned me off going again.

Great fresh food including frozen seafood. Pastries and vegs. Beautiful tasty chicken in sauces and kebabs. Small packets of fresh vegies so you can get an entire meal in one quick shop. JUST BEEN AGAIN AND IMPRESSED WITH SERVICE AND SELECTION OF FRESH MEAT AND FROZEN PRAWNS.

You don't need to live in The Shire to enjoy what Manual and the team have to offer at Shire Foods. Meat, poultry, frozen foods and catering supplies are all catered for.

Excellent food and so much to choose from. Very friendly staff who can help you choose from the large amount of different foods they offer. Great seafood frozen meats and frozen meals available.

We visited this place during Covid-19, so there was a limit of 4 people in the shop at one time. There was fresh chicken and meat, and also fresh veges and a small area for canned/jar food. Plenty of frozen fish and meats too. Prices seemed reasonable.
Small carpark for customers.

Just picked up some Scallops, Kebabs and Chicken. Always a great selection for a BBQ and party. Friendly staff
