My؜ unit needed urgent love and care before a new tenant was to lease and I was at the end of my pregnancy. Ava took the entire job on, liaising with me when necessary to renovate the unit. Making the process stress free for me. I was blown away with her work ethic, commitment and genuine care. Thank you Ava! Professional, Seamless and Caring
I recently moved into my new rental managed by Shire Agents, this was my first experience renting and therefore dealing with a real estate agency for leasing. I predominately dealt with the agent Lauren and I honestly couldn't recommend her and the agency more. From viewing the property, to securing the property, the entire process was professional and seamless. We bought a property from Luke 26 years ago, when he was just starting in his career. Recently we sold that property and Luke was asked to manage the sale. This was further complicated by us trying to achieve that from interstate during lockdowns. It created a really challenging environment for both of us, but from the get go, Luke was first class. From minor renovations to rubbish removal to styling of the property, Luke was always on the ball. Always accessible (even on holidays) and always with a positive response. I could not fault his service and committment to supporting us to achieving a great outcome. Exceptional service. Could not be faulted.
