Did the full $230 detail.
Inside cleaning was good including the steam cleaning.however the outside was another matter.
Showed them multiple obvious areas by running finger over lightly and dirt.
Area around the doors were forgotten until pointed out. Supposed to be claybar Nd polished but didn't look like it. Not happy for the price paid.

Thorough clean, care taken, good service, excellent result at competitive price point. Will definitely go back. Cheers

I had my car cleaned (internal+external) and waxed here and got looked after by Preet. The job done was great, insides looked like new and the staff were very kind throughout the whole process. The entire clean and wax was very quick as well! Would recommend and come back in the future.

Definitely recommend Shine on Car Wash to whoever needs a clean for their car! I paid $90 and got both the exterior and interior of my car cleaned - with stains on seats removed and both interior/exterior looking good as new.

Take both my cars here and the price is reasonable. I am happy to return, you get what you pay for and its convenient.

I have had my car cleaned several times here. Always have been very pleased with the results. To help with cleaning the interior I always empty the car before they clean it.

Paid $70 for wash inside and out and when I picked the car up it wasn’t even wiped down after wash, water marks all over it and many spots missed.
Do not go here if you want a good car wash. Expensive and very average job.

One of best car wash in North West. I washed my BMW white this morning. Vicky and Raj done superb work done. From now on I will only wash my both luxury cars here only. They use very good chemicals which protect car better than anywhere else.

Raj and Vicky cleaned my car very well. I highly recommend this car wash. They do such detailing work.

Took my car in for a supreme wash. When I got it back there was still bug splatter on the front bar and there was areas of the car where they clearly missed altogether. Took it back there to show them and they said the bug splatter was because I didn't pay for a more expensive wash. Now I have to finish off the job myself, very disappointed with the service and will not be back.

Poor car wash service. They didn’t washed the car properly. There were black spot still on the car after the wash because they didn’t washed car properly. Just because we wanted to check their service, we tried $25 exterior wash service but they failed. It was clearly seen that they wanted us to spend more and then they clean well. Kindly improve your service because business is all about customer satisfaction, no matter what customer is spending.

I just read a review from a year ago and I had exactly the same experience where I was told my SUV was very dirty (only driving in area and not off-road and I vacuumed it myself a week ago). He recommended I need a wash and polish and when I asked how much he said $110 and it will take 2 hours. When I told him that I can’t pay that, just a wash, vacuum and wipe he said it will still be 2 hours and $75.

Very reluctantly I said ok because he was so unfriendly I decided to walk past the price board and I told him I rather want the wash, vacuum and wipe that is on the board for $30 then he said no, I have to pay the 4x4 price at $35 and to come back in 2 hours. (There was one car ahead of me waiting).

First and last wash there! Very disappointed, when I got home I vacuumed my own car properly and used cleaned my own window inside.

North Kellyville branch: 2 weeks ago i had my SUV washed and polished. Noticed that the grills still has some bugs & water marks and the wheels still have some brake dusts on the corners. I have to finish it up myself. Further, the area below the wipers were obviously not cleaned, found some dried leaves and dust and the plastic trim was not detailed which is supposedly inclusive of the Polish package. Today, i took my smaller car for a wash and told the guy in charge to ensure to wash it up properly and shared my feedback from my experience 2 weeks ago. He did not even apologise for what have happened before and just went ahead, told me the fee i need to pay for the other car.

I will keep supporting local small businesses but make sure the quality and customer service is worth it.

UPDATE: after picking up my car, had to call their attention as the wheels still have heaps of dirt and brake dusts on it. The guy attending me still doesnt show any empathy nor apologises. Not sure if he just have limited English or he just doesnt care. Seems like a rushed job!

I got my prado cleaned today. I asked about pricing i was told a standard clean was $90 even tho when i checked the price list displayed it was $65 for the 4 wheel drive inside and out. He told me it was dirty so it was extra? I only drive it around kellyville and it wasn’t actually that bad. When i said that the price was too high he attempted to negotiate with me to $85 then $80. We settled on $50 for the outside only. When i picked it up the car still had dirt on it, the quality was poor and the front grill had bugs on it and tire shine was smeared all over the car. When i asked for an invoice the price was different to what was actually paid on my card.

Unfortunately didn't have a good experience. The quality wasnt good for the price I paid. Lots of water spots on mirrors and car was smelling bad as soon I got in. Just checked under the wiper and wasn't even cleaned. Not going back again here. Steer away.
