Micah was responsive to my initial request for a quote for window cleaning for our home, he explained the process and services really well and provided a quote that was reasonable on the spot. James was the technician on the day and his work was absolutely perfect. He was friendly and went above and beyond! Overall I couldnt be happier!

I cannot recommend Shine Bright Property Maintenance more highly! They did an EXCELLENT job of cleaning my windows, both inside and outside, plus the screens, plus deep cleaning of the tracks, on a double storey house. James worked so hard all day and did an outstanding job!

From my first call to Micah to enquire about a promotion he was holding, I was so impressed with his professionalism and friendliness. Micah explained the whole process and what the package included. He sent out his colleague James to do the job and James was equally as professional, kind, and thorough in his work. We had several windows cleaned, in and outdoors, including high out-of-reach windows above our pergola. Great value. Staff turned up when they said they would. Very good service. Cheerful and engaging. The two staff took care while moving ladders around in tricky spaces including garden beds with lots. Windows look terrific.

Had the guys over today to clean the gutters on the back of my house. They did a fantastic job. Cleaned the rainforest out of my gutters and removed the gutter guard that wasnt gaurding anything haha extremely freindly and professional. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

Micah is a great advertisment for his company, prompt communication, arrives on time, so friendly & gives that extra attention to each part of the job. We had a big job taking 2 full long day's for Micah & his team (well done Finn) to pressure clean around our house & pool + windows, with excellent results. Micah did our gutter cleaning. He was professional, great to deal with, had a positive can do attitude and left our place spotless. If you're looking for a gutter cleaner we cannot recommend shine bright property maintenance enough.

We had Shine Bright out for a gutter cleaning job they went above and beyond cleaning out a massive block in a down pipe and alerting me and my wife to repairs that need attention on the roof! I'd give them 10 out of 10 a local company doing honest work
