I have found Shiftcare to be convenient in the way of accessing and managing schedules, including recurring shifts, multiple locations, and various staff roles ensuring flexibility for any users even those who are not computer savvy. It also integrates well with other tools and software commonly used in the healthcare industry, which I found quite convenient and efficient.

For someone with no previous rostering experience I have found shiftcare quite easy to use and the complimentary zoom meeting assistance invaluable.

I am a Canadian business and was looking for a Canadian company for my software and to avoid conversion fees. However, when I came across Shiftcare, I was very please with the level of customer service and transparency about pricing and conversion rates. The product was easy to use and met all of my needs and more. I would recommend to any business looking for NDIS software to give them a try.

Shiftcare has helped take my small sole trader business and turn it into a medium sized company. It’s easy to use format helps keep me, my team, and our participants / participant representatives organized.

I wouldn’t recommend for larger businesses. There are certain features lacking from the software, but nothing that interferes with what it’s meant to do. The additional features would just help streamline certain things. But overall, a wonderful software

The best Software for Disability Providers. Since using ShiftCare, I received a lot of assistance and guidance from the articles and youtube videos that runs me through the process step by step. And the customer support team are so friendly and approachable at all times.

Shiftcare is so easy to use and understand. Makes scheduling easier and staff can receive thier shifts on the spot and communicate within the shift.

ShiftCare is very much easy to use and I’m really happy with the new upgrades of Progress Notes and Incident Report.

At My Core Support we have been using Shiftcare for over a year and we are really happy with it. It has simplified our rostering process and payroll integrates easily with Xero. My experience with ShiftCare has been overall positive. The software is simple to use and great for shift management with minimal direction required. Allows users to record their shift hours, expenses and case notes with ease. Their team has great communication and fact sheets to learn more about the software which have been of great benefit. They also take feedback to regularly update their software with useful features. Definitely consider this software.

Very very happy with shifcare. It provides everything we need:
- create shifts for our workers
- app that the workers can access form their mobile
- Click on/out connected with GPS and GPS that give directions on how to get to their next participants
- Progress notes
- Able to upload documents and decide if we want to share them with the workers or not.
- Very affordable and vary according the number of workers: you only pay for what you use:)
- Able to create templates

The staff on the shiftcare helpline are always very helpful and go above and beyond for me. There hasn't been a time when I haven't given them anything but five stars.
