I came into the store today and was served by George. I have to compliment him on his excellent customer service, he was extremely helpful and patient a real asset to your business.

Visited the Sheridan Boutique store in Hornsby with my elderly mother to buy a quilt. The manager approached us and rudely told us to hurry up and make a choice or leave.
Her words were "I don't have time for tyre kickers this time of the day. " My mother who is hard of hearing asked what she said and her reply was we are about to cash up you need to leave.
I have never come across an individual as rude as this women. I would have given zero stars if possible. Shop there at your own Peril, never again!

Great sale after Christmas. Plenty of parking and not very crowded. Lovely to have the full attention of staff. No waiting for towels and mats. Fabulous textured bath mats. Lots of items at half price. Good selection of different types of fluffy towels and all in stock. Wish Sheridan has tea towels! Nice dressing gowns.
