Very happy with the service received from Rob at Shellharbour City Osteo Clinic. I’ve been trying to rehab a long standing chronic elbow injury for over 12 months, having researched various treatments I was recommended Rob by my Sports Physician due to his experience and ownership of a particular targeted shockwave ultrasound machine which is very rare to find in NSW. I’ve now had 3 treatments and have seen a marked improvement in pain and functionally.

I see Amy and she's amazing she makes sure you fully understand in depth step by step Her entire procedure explaining herself as she goes in a very intellec and knowledgable way, getting down on the floor if need be to explain what's needed to be done I highly recommend Amy also she's extremely Friendly and humble.

Went to other Oesteopaths arround Illawarra but I wasn't satisfied until this one. First off, the office space is clean, calm, bright and most importantly inviting. Most of the rooms are in the sun so if you get a morning appointment you can enjoy the warmth while you lay on the table. Secondly and most important the care is the best. Went from a 9 pain scale to a bearable 6 after three days. Since then have been working and living with 2 but still having futrther treatment so will soon get down to 0! They have accupuncture, cupping, massage, manipulation and altering all to help and the staff are really knowledgeable. They're questionaire for new paitients was really thorough and concientious towards people with social issues or boundaries they don't want crossed. All in all, so comfortable and relaxing with really satisfactory results! Would recommend to anyone suffering out there.
