I have had my car serviced at Wollongong or Shellharbour Hyundai for a few years. This time however, a sour taste was left in my mouth when I was charged a Credit Card service fee. That's all I remember now of the experience. Not sure if I'll be returning now.

Billy was absolutely phenomenal throughout the entire process of purchasing my new i30 N Sedan.
Not at any point did I feel pressured by Billy. He made the whole experience easy and comfortable.

At one point I did deal with Peter to discuss what finance options Hyundai have on the table - this was the only bad experience I had. Peter was very rude and condescending, and attempted to use scummy sales tactics to get me into a high interest finance.

Fortunately, Billy respected my wishes to not deal with Peter any further if I was to continue the process of purchase. He made sure Peter was out of the picture.

6/5 for Billy! If you go see the guys at Hyundai Shellharbour, ask for him.

I have to give a big thanks to Michael, Paul and Erin. Paul took it upon himself to reach out to me after my recent and first service at Shellharbour for a complaint I’ve been raising each year I take my car to service - 3x Lidcombe x1 Rockdale. Paul and Michael maintained their professionalism and dedication to service, working with me to investigate and escalate my issue to Hyundai Technical, who responded with instructions on next steps. Happy to say 5 weeks later they were able to install what was needed.
I’m really thankful for the time they’ve taken to help me with my problem, which no other service centre did, just brush me off saying checked for faults and no no problem, when there clearly was one. Appreciate Michael taking the time to explain everything in such detail.

Thankyou so much Billy Dusmanoski for taking all the stress out of buying a new used car. Billy found just the right one for me at Shellharbour City Motors and I was so impressed when I saw it detailed and sitting in the showroom with a big blue bow on it!
You gave me a great price for a car with such incredibly low mileage, as well as transferring the rego and organising insurance for an easy drive away. (and setting up Bluetooth for me)
Oh and I mustn't forget the cup of coffee I really needed after making such an important decision.
I can highly recommend Billy and the manager Mel -I am absolutely delighted with my purchase!

Mel and Billy were most helpful. Contacting me and keeping me informed of details. Billy took me through all paperwork and features of the car, even setting up my phone connection. He contacted me a few days later to check that I was OK with everything. Mel did a fantastic job with helping me choose car, colour and traveled twice from Shellharbour to Wollongong so that I didn't have too far to travel. She changed the plates on my car after a miscommunication and organised all the paperwork for the transfer and have original plates cleaned and attached for me.

Wow what a great team here. The service from start to finish was over very very pleased with absolutely everything.
I highly recommend anyone looking for a new car to definitely give this place a chance, you may be surprised.

Went to Shellharbour city motors to get help with our trailer tyre they were very helpful and they fixed it for us at no cost a big shout out to Hayden for the great service

Just a great experience. Open early for checkin, a very reasonable price and friendly service. They washed my car, changed the wipers fixed my muffler and did a pink slip: all with a routine service. 10 times better than their Wollongong alternative; worth the drive: thanks so much

Mel provided excellent customer service. She was helpful, efficient and flexible without being pushy in her approach. I would 100% recommend dealing with her. You will not be disappointed
