Shell Cove Family Health

This is the first visit to this medical practice as we have just moved to the area. We found the reception staff very friendly and our doctor very caring and thorough. Highly recommend their practice.

First time visiting the Shellcove Family Clinic. The reception area is neat and clean and the receptionists are lovely. I saw Dr Kelly Mitchell and she was fantastic. Very thorough and professional. Asked all sorts of questions to get to the bottom of my medical complaint. Very happy with everything.

Staff are very polite and helpful, James Pepper is without doubt the best Psychologist in the business.

Very efficient checkin staff, easy and minimal counter interaction. Only a short wait to see Dr, eventhough a COVID injection clinic was seamlessly in progress at same time. Dr TJ very efficient, and downtown earth. Been going for many years even though I live in Kiama.

Reception personnel were efficient & polite. Medical staff attended us on time with very professional help. We intend to continue using this practice.

I have always found the reception staff at Shell Cove Family Health to be welcoming and accommodating. The nurses are also friendly and helpful. I am usually able to make an appointment to see my own GP, Dr. Simone Foley, within a few days. Dr. Foley is always very thorough in her testing and diagnosis of my health conditions.

Very good, Dr Kelly Mitchell was very professional, however I have to ask why do 95% of Doctors always running late for their appointments?
