5Staff were very rude and did not understand what I was saying about a food item I had just purchased being off date. A young girl just kept nodding her head and smiling behind the counter. She did not offer me a refund and when she allowed me to pick up another it was also expired and had gone discoloured on the inside. She offered no further help and laughed at me. Such poor customer service and I walked out emptied handed after having paid.
They did not make sure that the 4c discount voucher was added when I bought petrol. So I paid full price for the petrol.
Wow. I have been asked to rate a petrol station. This is the low point of my life.
I've never filled up in a shell anymore because the pumps un accurate I've always found they ripped me off between 10 and 20 liters of fuel rip off putting in more fuel than petrol taken even hold
Friendly staff, but compared to other service stations fuel prices are usually higher. Looks clean and tidy.
