The car wash is simply theft. How is it u just hand over money for car wash and it expires in 60 days then they get to keep ur money for nothing. They’ve now put the prices up so u loose more money. Breaks down often

Car wash is reasonable-2 basic car washes for $14.00, though car wash breaks down often. Owners don't obviously care about the state of cleanliness. There is always rubbish scattered about, some of it no doubt, created by negligent Hungary Jacks patrons.

Purchased two basic car washes, used the first today. The machine didn't do a good job, wheels still dirty and didn't clean top of rear bumper on my vw multivan. The rest of the car was just ok. It was amazing how dirty the inside of the car wash was, drink bottles, plastic food container and bags. Obviously the doors haven't been clean for some time as there was mould on both doors. Looks like a real health hazard. I bet Coles would be interested in the appearance of the station

Shout out Dp and the staff here, I’ve been a customer here for a few years now & I must give respect to the staff, every person here are very helpful and genuine, especially Dp and Teshyia, I hope I got that right thank you guys for all the amazing work you do

My pump was deactivated before finishing because I was using my mobile phone. Shell is continuing an urban myth that come up in the 90s with no scientific background and zero accidents around the world. Get educated, review your safety policies and don't be rude with your clients. How can you ask your clients to TURN OFF their mobile device to use a gas pump. Do the SHELL safety advisors turning OFF their mobiles when they arrive at a gas station? Nobody does. You look ridiculous asking something like that. I would understand if you don't want your clients getting distracted by ther phones but take the right message out there with the right signs explaining the risks and give a warning. Not turning OFF the pump and putting me in a position waiting in front of the pump without knowing what is happening.

Went there to fill up my car and get a car wash, I had 3 options for car wash and decided to go for the more expensive option that had more options, when I got home I noticed that the wheels of my car where still dirty, I would have been better off going to a dedicated car wash at least they do it properly and most give you a free coffee, by the way it was nearly the same price. One young staff there was very rude. He kept upselling products we didn’t want and got offended when we said no.

Afterwards, he deliberately not crediting me the 4c discount voucher for his ego boost.

Car wash was terrible. Didn't use any soap at all to clean even though it said it would on the ticket I bought. When I complained they just dismissed me.

Overpriced petrol and rude employees. Purchased a car wash a month ago and on a second attempt to use it today, was still closed. Understandable with water restrictions. But asked for a refund only to be told it had expired (mate, I can count 45 days) and also told it had only been closed for 3 days. Another blatant lie. Seriously unimpressed. Pull your heads out of your proverbial bottom.

I should have read the reviews before purchasing the 2 car wash deal, just like a couple of other reviews I couldn't use the car wash service service. They need to fix this error!

Don't buy the 2 car wash deal, because when you want to use the 2nd one a month later, they will have reset their system and your code for the 2nd one is invalid, so you have to argue with the cashier and manager to use something that you have already paid for.

Its a shame for shell and coles and for hungry jacks that they have locked there toilets. Really shame

Air hose isn’t working for very long.there is no service station here.staff were unfriendly and unprofessional.

Justin the night shift worker is by far one of the worst customer service assistants I have ever dealt with! Numerous times my mates and I have walked in and asked for Dunhill Fine Cut Navy ciggies and every other assistant has given them to us. He refuses to look at his machine and provide us with the ciggies and we had an encounter several nights ago where he stated that "this servo hasn't stocked them for 6 years" The funny thing is the very next day we purchased the ciggies and someone else served us and they were available. We have video evidence of both nights where he refused to sell us the ciggies and of the next day when someone else sold them to us. We will be making a complaint to head office of the disgusting service we received where he turned around and asked my mate "are you deaf!? " he's an absolute pig who has made racist remarks about his colleagues to me in the past. I will be taking this further and have spoken to management numerous times!

Really poor service, THe shopping assistant Justin, is the worst person to deal and serve!
He never wants to look for my type of cigarettes. I have videos proving he refused to look for my cigarettes saying they don’t have the products for 6 months. And videos with another shopping assistant the same day buying the same cigarettes! Had already complained about with the manager and nothing was done about!

Came here to fill. Was already having erge to going to toilet. So filled up and went straight to toilet. Came out and the Indian cashier was so rude to me. I asked him don't u see I am rushing to toilet. Use your common sense. He told me to use mine and use my brian. Extremely rude service. Never have I ever got this kind of treatment from a servo before. Plz kindly have a conversation with this staff, teach him some customer service. Will not come here to fill again.

This morning around 10am on 3/4/18 I had one of the staff at shell Station rudely tell me off! I fueled up my van, then afterwards I cleaned the windows of my van with the window squeegee because the glass was dirty and needed a clean. Then I grabbed the water jug to rinse off the excess dirty water. He came outside of the station to my vehicle telling me off for using the water jug saying "this is not a car wash! " I Told him to calm down mate no need to yell at me, I replied "if we can't use the window squeegee why do you have it there for us to use. " He then used the excuse that other customers might slip over but there was no body even close to my vehicle at the time. I Never met a service station staff so rude to me and disrespectful in my life! Seriously wish I got his name and reported him to management, he needs to learn some manners on how to speak to someone. I will never go back there again that's for sure!

Every time I come to use the car wash, they say it’s broken. This is my 7th time since last month and it is always broken. The receipts would eventually expire and wouldn’t get any refund for that:/

Bought a 2 for $20 car wash. After using 1 car wash there must of been a problem with the system when I went to use the 2nd car wash it had already said 2 have been used which was not true. Staff was rude and telling me that I must of used two because the system is working fine. So than I ask which days have they been used he couldn't tell me. He was very rude telling me I must of used it twice already. After getting annoyed with the situation because he was causing a scene Infront of everyone I walked out sat in my car thinking about it I thought this bs. I want what I have paid for. Went back in he was even more rude and aggressive still saying I'm not calling you a liar but it isn't possible for the system to have a problem. Then he said okay I will give you a refund of $5. I said I don't want a refund I just want to get my car washed beside the refund should be$10. He was than a smart ass saying why would you want to use a system if it's broken. He then refunded me $10 and said I will not sell you a new car wash ticket.
