The elderly woman that works there is extremely rude, she literally snatched the card off me. It’s not the first time.
Absolutely unbelievable how unprofessional and how bad the customer service is.

Visited a number of shell servos in recent weeks from Victoria through to Alice Springs.
Hay south is a great example of how a truck stop should be though the shell shop could do with restocking.
WEST WYALONG WAS ALWAYS AN OUTSTANDING TRUCK STOP FOR YEARS. HADNT BEEN THERE FOR ABOUT 18 MONTHS AND FIND THE AMENITIES TIRED AND 2 OUT OF 3 SHOWERS AND 2 TOILETS OUT OF ORDER.
Nicole at the console was outstanding and again the shop area could hold more stock conducive to truckies. Eg globes, load binders, etc.
The coolabah restaurant is a separate business attached to the roadhouse and still maintains outstanding service and great meals.

The showers are filthy, needing a good clean, let alone fixing up.
It’s sad as this used to be a clean and tidy place

But their pump is dodgy!
Just unhooked from the bowser and watched it going before even connected it to the vehicle. The staff couldn't care less.still got charged the amount. Of course out there they need all the funds they can get

Spent over $1000 on fuel, $30 on tucker and still can’t get a couple scoops of instant coffee in my cup. What a joke this truck stop is! Won’t be pulling up there again in a hurry!

I've been calling for fuel twice a week for a couple of years. The price is always good - the driveway facilities like air and window cleaning gear are always in good shape, toilets clean and the console operators are terrific.

Cheapest Diesel in town. Fast flow pump. Friendly staff.
