13NO TOILETS. Coles can eat a bag of ducks. Cheap skates. It’s downright un-Australian. The lovely folks who work here also have to endure a barrage of abuse because the boss is a grubby dim wit.
This is one of the best and prime location a long Parramatta Road Concord. Where is complete with car wash and wrapped with fast food cafe, pharmacy and office needs in 1 complex area. Is a more great if the petrol price could compete with other station and make the express store more variation item for motorists.
Echoing the comments about the car wash and apathetic staff. Nothing express about the car wash. At least a 15 minute wait per car as it's one vehicle at a time (no conveyer). The results are also questionable as the equipment looks seriously low end.
I've been in the line for 45 minutes already and there are 3 cars ahead of me. They know this, which is why the hard upsell on the 2 carwash "deal". No way I'm coming back here so I've essentially handed them an extra $5 for nothing.
Also agree about the risk of vehicle damage because of the piles right outside the entrance to the wash bay. Really narrow entrance.
Plenty of better alternatives close by (none worse actually).
The racist pair of Indians serving didn't acknowledge or greet me, just kept talking Indian language and looked at each other through the entire experience. Were they on a break?
Regards to expeess car wash, they have recently installed a left pole at the entrance to the carwash machin. It is extrmely tight tight and challenge for big SUV and high potential of getting car scratch. NOT WORTH THE MONEY EVEN THOUGH IS AUPER CHEAP.

Very disappointed after getting gas tanks from here three times. The tank from here only last three sessions of our outdoor gas heater whereas the ones we get from BP (same price) and other stations lasts twice as long. This is our local so we always come for fuel/Maccas/officeworks/car wash.
Most rubbish car wash ever. Lines *always* 45minutes plus at best.
Car wash itself is pretty ordinary and slow. Never actually gets your car that clean.
Washes expire within 60 days of purchase - and if you don’t have a spare hour to wait for each wash - you’re out of luck. Better off going to car lovers down the street.
Nice car wash. Still inside it so not sure on results but good price and straightforward service.

Buy a ticket before entering express car wash. It does an average job but not bad for 2 washes at $20. You spend more time queueing up than in the wash.
They need to upgrade there carwash machine. It's a bit of a hit or miss with the availability, it's been broken down a couple times this month. But when it's working the wash is world class and very gentle on the car.
Wait for the car wash is outrageous, it may have been a coincidence but the line that day was absolutely ridiculous.also no public toilets, so you have to go to KFC or MC Donald's. The service is ok
