I was blown away by the service given by ‘Becky from Mid city Sheike’ one of the best sales person, by far the best. Please whoever is listening that lady should be recognised.
And also one of the worst customer service is here in my area ‘Macarthur square Sheike ‘ oh god there staff’s are horrible people, i’m not the person who just writes bad things about people but honestly i’m not just making that up but they need to learn some customer service they treat customers very badly
I don’t know why the head office aren’t doing anything about that! PLEASE Do not disregard my review. I’m sure lot of people have been go through… everytime i go there there staffs treats me in cold behaviour, promised myself I won’t enter that store in my life!
PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS.

Warning ️ do not buy from sheike they refuse to refund you and tell you that the store has reached there refund limit which is actually against the law not to refund a customer especially when there is no policy that states no refund when store has reached a limit if anyone else experience please contact fair trade immediately
The first time i bought on line from SHEIKE, the top took 15 days to arrive from sydney to melbourne and it arrived in a small Aus Post plain plastic bag, no padding.my top was in a plastic bag squashed and badly creased to make the sleeves UNWEARABLE, its a delicate synthetic material, a $140 top, i dont have a steamer, they did not even open the plastic bag from their China manufacturer, no tissue paper NOTHING! Worst on line experience and Customer Service is perpetually NOT answering the phone, Head Office could not help either! Not recommended.cannot wear top, waiting for call back.
I went into this store today and had the best experience. Becky was an amazing help in helping me find the perfect dress for a wedding I’ve got next month. She definitely made it an enjoyable experience!

I purchased my dress in Brisbane for todays wedding, but left the matching belt at home. After the massive melt down with alot of tears, this amazing girl come to the rescue. She even gave me a list of alterations names that I needed. Thankyou thankyou thankyou!

I never ever write reviews, but because the staff were so friendly, I just had to. Becky had the most amazing customer service skills and went above and beyond in fulfilling my shopping addiction. Will definitely be back!
Great clothes, awesome selection, fair prices but our experience was completely ruined by the assistant that helped us while shopping (did not catch her name but she was from the UK - I remember because she mentioned it about 7 times during her monologue). She was just too much. And if you think that she was just being friendly - think again. She started making small conversation and ended up telling us about her entire life. Do you know that guy from high school that keeps sending you DMs on Insta? And you don’t reply just because you want to be polite but then he finds you on facebook and starts contacting you over there as well? BINGO - that was her! All we could think was “SHUT UP” but did not stop! Not a good marketing strategy because I wanted to RUN away as fast as I could!
Terrible customer service, I walked to the counter and this blonde chick rolled her eyes at me and started talking another staff, instead of serving me. Absolutely unprofessional.
So helpful! I usually hate shopping with pushy sales people. But this was actually a really fun experience! The girl at the shop was so warm and kind, her taste was on point and picked out the exact dress I ended up buying! I looked straight past it but she her taste was impeccable. I bought a dress for a wedding in 45 mins!
