I recently ordered curtains for my unit in Asquith from Shear Elegance Blinds. The final output is so magnificent it transformed my unit significantly. I was very delighted with the whole thing. Bani was so wonderful and patient to guide me through my choice so that I will have a great outcome of my choice but as cost effective as it can be. The whole customer service experience was very pleasing that it made the whole process stress free.

When Bani and his team came for installation, they showed up on time on the scheduled date. They were also very careful with my furniture and carpet not to make a lot of mess. They were very humble to clean and tidy up everything afterwards as well. In addition, Bani was very kind to spend an extra time and use additional materials for no extra charge for a few post-installation tweaks and adjustments.

I am a repeat customer, after having blinds installed in the same unit a few years earlier. If I will have any more need for blinds and curtain in the future, Shear Elegance Blinds is my first choice and the only go-to place. Excellent product and service. Sheer Elegance staff were helpful and the process was seamless from the time I first contacted them, through choosing the blinds and their installation. After the blinds (top quality and great looking) were installed, I inadvertently managed to do something to one that stopped it closing fully and I couldn't work out how to fix it. I phoned Sheer Elegance for help and Bani came and fixed it on the same day! Would recommend.

We engaged Sheer Elegance for a new build so quite in advance. Despite no deposit they were very willing to provide advice, and spent time going through our options. Happily worked with our builders to work out motor positions for blinds.

Installation was on time and despite an unexpected reduced workforce (due to illness) they still strived to complete as early as possible.

Highly recommended and I would return if I need blinds again.

Could not ask for better service or a better result. Installed a combination of motorised honeycomb blinds and motorised plantation shutters in all rooms of my apartment and the result is exactly what I was looking for.

We have just had a set of horizontal and vertical "Norman" honeycomb blinds installed. We are more than happy with the exceptional service by Bani (and John). Advice at the selection stage was really helpful and Bani took his time to explain the options and made very helpful product and design suggestions. Installation was by no means easy in a cramped home office, but he went to great length to make it perfect. Although only summer will tell if the honeycomb blinds live up to the much hoped-for insulation-boost, we are happy with the outcome. They look very elegant and are definitely functional. Especially the horizontal blinds are a great solution for my bi-folds. We will definitely use Bani's services again!

The team from Sheer elegance did an amazing job at our home. We had all our blinds installed by them including some plantation shutters.
Bani himself came to over see and do some installation and the job was quick, neat and very professional.
