Such a great experience at shaver shop Warringah. The attendant was so helpful when we were organising a school fundraiser hamper. She suggested products and gave us some samples free of charge. Extremely friendly and helpful!

Really disappointing customer service at the Warringah Mall branch. We purchased a pricey electric toothbrush which stopped charging within the warranty period. The store told us they would not exchange as they had exchanged a previous faulty toothbrush within the warranty period. The lady in store was rude and was very unhelpful. We phoned the manufacturer who immediately advised they would send out a new toothbrush and also advised the Shaver Shop should have exchanged this for us.

I have been a customer of the Shaver Shop for years, however it seems like they will do anything to avoid warranty on faulty items. Based on this + the appalling customer service, I will no longer be shopping here.

Was about to make another sub $100 purchase on clippers until I mentioned to the sales staff member named Francis that they money I've spent on entry clippers was enough to buy a top-end professional one. My previous clippers always went blunt fast and that they never seem to last. She then pushed me towards the salon series of Wahl which 'yes' is more expensive but, she explained in detail the key differences on why going to salon series would not see me end up being frustrated again. Honestly, I never thought I'd get excited over shaving my head after 30 odd years but, after taking Francis's advice I can tell it's like going from driving a Datsun 120b to a Bentley Continental. Thanks so much to her and Shaveshop Brookie!

Purchases a Philips One blade. Excellent product and shaver shop was the best price (even better than eBay!) But the best thing is the superb customer service, I had a small issue and the manager went above and beyond to resolve. 1st class customer service!

I ordered a product from the Shaver Shop site, and Warring Mall store handled it. Unfortunately, they sent me the wrong one in the first try.

Richard fixed that up though really quick. He called after I contacted Shaver Shop and organised a quick refund.

No questions asked, and very friendly service the whole time.

The mistake was fixed so quick, that I wouldn't even mind of they made the same mistake again, because I know it will be resolved with ease.

I don't ever recall rating this Shaver Shop at Warringah Mall, Brookvale with only one star?
So I've come back to rate it with 4 stars. Mainly because I have been going there for several years, whenever I've needed a smaller personal type electrical item such as the Revitiv Foot Massager or the VS Sassoon Big Hair Styler Dryer, they've had the best prices at those times, at another time it was the Braun Shaver, self cleaning model.
So The Shaver Shop would be one place I will always consider first for smaller personal type electrical appliances before buying at any other place. Especially, as I live in Old Pittwater Rd, so it's just around the corner at Warringah Mall.
