Had a v7000 wahl hair trimmer/clipper that was playing up within the warranty period, the sales assistant with the beard and hair tied back tested it and ascertained it was faulty and replaced it.very happy with the service I received Tuesday morning.thank you to the guy that served me and replaced the unit, he was thorough, decent, and respectful.thanks
