Terrible customer service, very rude because of my nationality. Not enough experience and show negative feelings by his face.

Rude staff, also very limited stuck compared to most of online shops, I prefer to purchase a razor online, cheaper with more variety

My wife was sold a $500 hair removal appliance from this place on the proviso that it's be suitable for a 12 year old girl. She gets home, opens the box.nope! Suitable for 18+ only. We don't want a refund but we DO want your staff to be sure of their products and if they aren't sure, to say they aren't sure and to look it up!

Went in for a new trimmer and staff member Holly was very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing what was right for me!

The best customer service I have received from any shop in a very long time.all 3 Staff on were extremely helpful and now I will always travel the extra 30min passing other stores just to come back to this one for all my Body groomer clippers and razors.

Was charged $89 for a $38 box of Feather safety razor blades. When shopping with children it is disgusting to be taken advantage of by dishonest staff.

Whole staff is awesome in Burwood branch who always guide with products available on shop with remarkable knowledge. This time I went to buy a vibrating toothbrush for my child where one of the staff member helped me to explain all different options and helped us to choose the one.

Horrible customer service. The manager at the store is rude and very unhelpful. I went to return a faulty product which was purchased online. He took the product and said he would contact the customer service which will then process my refund. When asked for a proof of return, he simply refused to give any acknowledgement and said “you have to just trust my word”. I mean, he could have provided me some sort of acknowledgement instead of giving bad attitude.
Moreover return policy states, I can get full refund on faulty product which the manager could have processed then and there. But instead I got bad service and bad attitude.

Helpful staff. Really tried to help me out on a shaver no longer under warranty but they didn't have a spare part. The fact they offered when they didn't have to was showing their great customer service

The manager who I think is the franchisee is rude and unprofessional. Asked them to simply match the online price advertised on shaver shops website and he basically said to order it online and then come back in 3 - 4 hours to collect it. Go somewhere else where they will treat you like a real customer

Purchased an Oral-B 9000 on sale last year. Loved the product and the quick and easy service from the team. Recently the battery had a defect. After going out of their way to locate my afterpay receipt after difficulties locating in store, the team sent it off for repair but the problem persisted. The team have been great throughout and very understanding.

Thoughtful, understanding and caring customer service shown by the Burwood Store Manager. Great product knowledge and most helpful. We will continue to buy our Sonicare Toothbrushes from Shaver Shop. With thanks Angie & Tony

Small shop but packed with a great range of products. Staff were very attentive and knowledgeable on their range.

The place to shop at and the manager was so helpful can't do a enough to help me out and staff was friendly and very fast services and I have no fault at this place I be back

Trimmer does not work properly. They have refused to accept a return within 2 days of purchase. Customers should ask for a trial period.

Staff are nice but takes time to get someone to assist you. But all in all great place to go for massagers and shaving equipment.

Very terrible experience. They sold a product which had already been opened and left some stain on the products. And it is a tooth brush. Cannot believe how bad the salesperson are! I returned to the store and they have all the excuses and the attitude are extremely horrible! Not recommended at all.
