39Rubbish service. Already say okay to price match. Looks out up online on their comp and verifies the price. Then says let me call them to further varify. Get over yourself. How many verifications do you need? Do you also need me to go buy it there and bring you a receipt so you can price match.
One of the worst customer service ever. Rudest lady served today 12/1/23. @Shavershop head office, please you need to groom your staff first.
The ladies today were so helpful to me, my sister was telling me i shouldn’t shave my hair and the girls were very lovely and happy to help me with all of the questions I had.
Hi. I went to the shaver shop at blacktown on 22 November at around 3pm.very bad service and rude.
I went to buy something that I wanted and I showed them the item online to see if it was available there but staff said it's not there. He checked in the system and it saw it was in stock. He was serving me when some other customer came into the store and he started talking to him. His colleague came to me and started talking to me but he wasn't helpful at all. Instead of looking for Item, he was trying to tell me that the shop next door may have it and go and try there. The woman working there she came and asked what I was looking for and gave it to me straight away from shelf. She was very helpful. I wasn't happy with behaviour and service of the 2 men working there.
Very poor customer service. Bought a product which was fully refundable upon return as per Shaver Shop policy.
The guy even did not wanted to listen to us.
Joshua was a great help. I was 7 steps into the shop an he asked if I needed help. Told him what I needed. He showed me where it was. Also very informative. Would be lucky if I spent 5mins in the shop. Top service. Will definitely shop here again
Good quality products and customer service was good. Must visit and if you feel poor customer service you have option there at store to write feedback on ipad kept near billing area.
Went for a click and collect, literally empty shop, the lady looked at me as if I am a shoplifter, no greeting nothing, very serious looks, somehow managed to get my item.
In contrast, Parramatta Westfield shop staff were much friendly.
Very poor customer service and very unpleasant experience. Staff is very rude and doesn't want to listen to the customer. If you go back for refund for any item, then good luck because staff exactly knew how to argue with customer for not giving the refund and at the end make you believe that it was customer's fault not the actual faulty product. Go some where else but never go to this perticular store for refund.
Disgusting customer service not helpful and rude when asked for name was advised i dont have to tell you and advised i need to call head office doesnt even deserve 1 star!

Worst customer service. The beard asian staff who worked on boxing day 12: 00pm does not listen, kept asking for reason we ask for refund (which we have provided but not up to his perfect standard) Started to raise his voice and threaten to kick us out towards end of conversation. Please do not purchase in this shop.
Very awful experience with this guys today I buy glide brush without using I went to turn that they didn’t refund or return me I just came back after 30 minutes of purchase the Asian guys who was in the shop don’t know how to talk with the customer.plz don’t buy anything from this store.
Please do not buy any products from Shavers Shop Blacktown as If there is any return issued or need any help with any faulty item replacement the answer is straight "NO" they can't help you. The manager of the store is not at all helpful. So please try to buy from other Shaver shops as they are very supportive and happy to help customers e.g. Mt Druitt, Maquarie Centre.
Ridiculous customer service by the shopkeeper (male). Speaks like fighting. Won’t let you speak or explain what we are looking for. Rude attitude, tone and the body language.
Had an indeterminable issue with my electric razor head, but rather than quibble the point they swapped over the head for a new one just to be sure I was satisfied, great work guys.
As indicated avoid purchasing any products at this franchise, the manager is arrogant and not in anyway helpful. If you have a question about returning a product under warranty or just wanted it service, the answer is No, can't help you. It seems like that is the only words that come out of his mouth. Went to Mt. Fruits shaver shop, the staff bent over backwards to help, this shop is owned by Shaver shop, so spend a little extra time and travel to this shop and get the service that you would expect.
Avoid this franchise of shavershop like the plague. J is very aggressive with poor customer service. Warranties or receipts don’t seem to stand for anything at this store. Recommend spending your hard earned money else where
The Asian man "J" didn't even greet me when I walked in. Spent 2-3 minutes locating what I wanted and he still didn't acknowledge I was there. I approached the counter to tell him what I wanted and he just starts up selling me another product.
First he says the battery is better and comes with a trimmer on the product HE wanted me to buy. I tell him I'm not interested in a trimmer. Then he makes it all about himself by saying the trimmer is important as HE would require a trimmer for his beard before using the shaver (his beard was at least a month into growth where as mine is just 3 days old. I'm not an animal after all).
I tell him I'll take what I came in for and his face just turns into disappointment. I understand that up selling is an important aspect of any business so I don't see why J couldn't up sell me products relevant to what I bought (replacement foils, machine oil, cleaning accessories, etc).
If you can't do something as simple as greet a customer and LISTEN to their needs instead of making assumptions, then you shouldn't work in customer service. If a bunch of teenagers working in fast food can understand this, then why can't you J?
