Great customer service went to pickup my online order and asked for advice, explained me how to use it and maintain it for longer live, big selection of products and very rear good products go on sale.

Went there today 28.3.2021 around 5.00 pm.two staff in shop plus myself in shop, no one else, such poor customer service, neither of the two sales ladies bothered to approach me and give customer assistance, they were too busy yapping to each other, after 5 minutesI left the shop without purchasing a shaver that I had the intention to buy. On my way out I advised one of the so called sales ladies about their lack of customer service and she just gave me a blank look.

Have been here 3 times - two for purchases and one to use the warranty for a faulty unit. All 3 times staff were very helpful and reasonable. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Bought an airfloss from the shop, has two years warranty, only have it for half year and it stopped working, but the shop staff said I must have everything in the package to get it returned or exchanged, here's their policy of faulty products.

Staff were friendly and gave plenty of detailed advice without being at all pushy. Use the products themselves so seemed like plenty of knowledge too.

Came here on a Friday evening and there was Very nice service! Good selection of products and they know what their talking about

Zip pay not available in store which is a bummer. Don't think everything that is available on the website is available in store.

Very very bad customer service i ever had, we are customers and i think we have the right to ask and we asking the guy there wearing glasses a bit around maybe 40 Not asian was so so rude just answering our question like what do you mean? What do you mean by that? He was dominating us

Nice shaving shop, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Attentive with customers coming in to the store, provide lots of help and informative with the products for sale. Staff dealt with patience when answering my questions. Pleasant shopping experience with various range of products and prices to suit any budget

New layout feels spacious, but young lass who served me claimed to be a better expert than someone who has been working with consumer appliances for nearly forty years. Staff need to listen before making comments about their
product knowledge.

Once I purchased a pair of clippers from here and when I took it home I discovered it had hair in it. They refused to provide me a refund claiming I planted the hair. After several weeks and multiple calls to the store and head office I managed to get my refund. The store manager did not talk to me once and used his sales people to deal with me. Such a coward. They lost customers for life because of a $40 refund. Such terrible business.
