Terrible customer service. Bought an electric shaver in November, got home and found it’s missing a part. Have been in store 3 times and still waiting in May. Each time I go in they say they’ll follow up. Spoke to the manager and still nothing. Wouldn’t ever buy from them again. Ridiculous.

I had done a lot of research about beard trimmers but needed to know come specifics before I bought one. Cooper served me. His knowledge of the products were spot on and he was able to answer every question I had.
Very friendly and helpful. I ended up buying exactly what I needed.
Walked in and asked about head shavers and Cooper talked me through them all with a great amount of knowledge and expertise, even to the point that he knew to the exact mm of which the head shaved cut to. I ended up buying the head shaver and a beard trimmer to which, both are amazing. It’s great to see customer service is still alive. I will definitely be back in the future.
