41 I lost the charger for my philips shaver and am hoping to buy a new one here after trying my luck with a few others. But instead of not trying to sell me a new shaver like the other sellers, the kind man checked a charger that was behind him in the plug, it worked and he just gave it to me.

The product was good but the service was poor, the staff was very rude and impatient, 2 minutes is not a lot of time, no need to be so rude to customers.

I bought a top of the line electric shaver here less than 2 yrs ago, nearly $500. Today I went in & they said the model was discontinued so no Shaver shops sell replacement blades. I now have to buy a new shaver
The lanky young man with glasses would serve others on the till while I was still lined up. I lined up and watch him let 3 others jump past me on the queue. The older gentleman was much nicer and polite.
Terrible customer service below zero, extremely rude people, please don’t buy from these shop, purchase online instead with more options and varsities

I don’t usually leave reviews. But Edwardo was extremely helpful. Walked in store and received a warm welcome greeting and offer to help. The product I’m after was out of stock and Edwardo was very attentive to lookup stock availability in other stores for me. Had a previous purchase which requires service and Edwardo straight away called up other stores to resolve my issue on the spot. It’s hard to get professional and passionate service such as this nowadays. A big thumbs up to Edwardo and thank you for making my day.

Customer service was good, however the product was absolute rubbish, unfortunately cant return, also their online reviews are suspect, too positive, check productreview.com for actualy reviews.
Poor and rude customer service, tried to fob me off when I asked to return a faulty shaver. Told me to return it to the manufacturer. I posted a review of the razor to their site, but they won’t publish it, they still publish the good reviews though. Wouldn’t advise anyone to give them your business. Pity I can’t leave zero stars.

Even though on the Shaver Shop website it says they accept returns for refund, apparently their 'in store' policy is that they do not. Highly deceptive and rude. Has turned me off the Shaver Shop for life!
Very bad customer service wanted to buy hair trimmer and when I asked the staff questions he wasn't helpful so I ended up picking hair trimmer that was in a box and they didn't have display of it and when I opened the box it wasn't what I was looking for. Tried to return it and the manager said he can't return it becoz I opened it, I explained his staff wasn't helpful andbasically he said i should have asked the questions. What joke how am I spouse to know when they are the seller that now the product.

If you what you need is urgent, don't use the online store. Their system seems to be a mess. I bought something 15 days ago and I still haven't received the product, just a bunch of emails noting they had a glitch in their system. The first time, they didn't have it in the store as advertised; the second time, they send the product to the wrong address. Good luck doing business with these guys.
Lied saying they can’t replace shaver. Found out in another store that they only do that because they’re a franchise and don’t want to lose out. Don’t trust these guys.
They are helpful and supply the accessories to my electric razor. Price seems comparative to other stores.
