19 I don't usually leave many reviews on Google, but this time I should.
I went to the shaver shop in Westfield Liverpool and spent about 20 mins choosing a trimmer. The guy that assisted me Abhishek was very patient and assisted me with all my questions and was very helpful. I would like to give him 5 stars for the excellent customer service. Will definitely go there again

Hi everyone, I don't know about Shaver Shop, but this shops customer service, and staffs are really friendly and helpful and smiley. That's the point.
My bf and i popped into the store real quick he needed some shavers we were greeted with lovely customer service! Wish every store had service like this.

Liverpool Shaver shop, I bought
toothbrush and airflosss 2 days ago but not happy with the quality (they're not working properly as I expected) then I COULDN'T have refund or exchange but have to deal with manufacturer.
Not recommended buy products from Shaver shop.

Bought the Microdermabrasion Kit. The results are coming in and looking good. Staff here were friendly and answered my questions. Bought the kit online and used click and collect. The team were literally packing the bag for me as I walked in. A great visit, you can really look after yourself well with the range of stuff from this place. Awsome

Went to buy an item published as on sale. They didn't want to honor the sale price even if it was clearly posted in front of the store as well. Needed to argue with the person at the counter before they acceded. Should have gone to Chemist Warehouse instead.
Seems like I'm not the only one who has had problems with warranty, I can't help but think the staff are trained to make returns very difficult. I thought if I spent $200 on a WHAL product it would prove its value.unfortunately it's the complete opposite, I can only hope others can learn from my misfortune, stay away from this franchise and their products!
Last 4 years I have enjoyed the best services of Shaver Shop, Liverpool, BUT today when I approach the staff with an item which stopped working while it still had its warranty, the guy on the counter was extremely RUDE & INTIMIDATING. As he continued intimating me I got frustrated and said to him that when selling items you guys are so nice & polite and now you are so rude. Sometime he changed his tone and started talking nicely. I had a very bad experience with the male staff of Shaver Shop Liverpool. Few hours earlier an Indian girl served me and asked me to bring the item to the shop but this rude guy who thinks he is a hero wasn't any help at all.

Shaver shop is the best place to find all the shaving accessories and they have reasonable prices for their products in all over Sydney. I have bought braun series 7 and groomer trimmer they given good discount rate on both of them. I recommend to everyone check them out online before you go to in shop.i hope guys you will have good experience with them. Thank you very much.
It was good, they have a very large variety of shavers and trimmers and the lady guided me very well for what I was looking for.
Went to return a product still under 30 Day money back guarantee, and the salesperson Ghassan was highly unprofessional, grilling me about my usage of the shaver, and then making a big deal about returning the product for me, even though it has a 30 Day warranty! I purchased a VS Sassoon beard trimmer and while processing the purchase he started singing to himself which I found very unprofessional. Won't be going back for the service, but can highly recommend the VS Sassoon XTP beard and stubble trimmer, which works like a charm.
Don't go anywhere near this store. They don't honour your warranty. The owner would let me return a faulty product because he would "miss out on his profit". The head office did nothing and wouldn't step in, so I probably wouldn't shop at any of their stores. I reported them to Department of Fair Trading.
