10A staff member called Ashley kicked me out for not wearing a mask, even with a doctors exemption which is a breach under the disability discrimination act, and rudley yelled at me infront of customers in a humiliating way. I was just going to buy something and leave but I ended up being yelled at to the point I cried, I have a medical condition and this was pure bullying

Good service at first, but when there was a problem didn't want to know about it, basically store policy is you brought it, its yours. Frankly I thought highly of shaver shop until now.
They went above and beyond to show me the products on offer and made sure i went home with something that really did the job.

So much great grooming equipment at this place. Staff were very busy but also extremely helpful.
Loved the humour and friendliness of the two staff, especially the one who served me yesterday. She made for a great time and established this as a place to go back to.
Best deals on blades in Newcastle, bar none. The staff are always helpful and friendly. Saved over $10 on a small pack of blades compared to supermarket.

If you value your money and want to receive a product like the one you have looked at, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.lovely service in store however once you make your purchase they won't even blink at you.
All they're stock is old, like I just bought 5 tins of Schick shaving gel and it's 10YEARS OUT OF DATE.when I questioned them all I got was a "I cannot help you"
And "I DONT KNOW The complaints line phone number. Just get it somewhere"
