Guy serving was the most unenthusiastic person I’ve spoken to in retail in months.

The staff are so wonderful. Greeted me and helped me find what I wanted all within two minutes. Also amazing deals!

The cord on the charger of my 4 year old Waul hair clipper, broke. The Shaver Shops I contacted explained that mine was an old model and that the new ones used a different charger. Puranji from the Bondi Shop, said he would check "out the back" and call me back. He found a charger and called me back - my wife collected it as she worked nearby. Thank you Puranji - Great service!

Fantastic service! Took back an expensive shaver that became faulty at nearly end of it's warranty period, they replaced it no questions, the replacement shaver became faulty too and again they replaced it no questions asked. Thank you Shaver Shop.

I bought a pair of hair scissors online, one for trimming and another a Wahl brand made in Italy. Online purchase was easy and shipment was reasonably quick in spite of the COVID-19 restrictions. Will look to them for my next buy.

Incredible service from Jon. Sorted me out with a new hair clipper after mine stopped working. Such great service, professional and friendly. Jon knew exactly what he was taking about and made a huge effort to help me even whilst the store was busy.

Always had great friendly service and advice. Staff prefer to give you what suits your needs rather than what will give them most profit.

Poor Customer Service by this lady. She kept asking me questions as if I was an idiot and her attitude was very rude. Clearly a judgmental and biased person.

Five stars to Shaver Shop BJ. The young, tall, dark haired fellow that served me was awesome. A real no-BS sales approach of ‘here’s what we’ve got, here’s what I think’. Answered everything I could think of and even gave advice on use and maintenance. Didn’t expect such a great service. Good stuff guys!

Went to the store. Waited to be served. Assistant decided to help another person despite her knowing that I was waiting longer. Advised manager who said that she was new, Suggest better training in customer service or find better people. I have been to Belrose store and the service is superb. Went to conmpetitor ang bought from them. Really poor service from a shop that is usually empty. I can see why.

Poor quality Mach 3 razor blades. Seems as though the product is being sourced from another country since there’s foreign language on the packaging.

Be aware, this is retail shaver shop not a corporate shaver shop. They won’t accept return from other stores and other stores won’t accept return from this store. Also be aware of the seller’s scam. They say you can return items on change of mind but they charge you $100 for shipping fees.

Excellent service. I was seen to immediately. Had all my questions answered. Saw a demonstration of the product. Can't be happier.
