Shashi Beauty Salons reviews
64 I have been struggling with hair stylists that are not passionate with their art for many, many years. These ladies are amazing. I became part of their art
This is the best salon I’ve ever had with!
I have VERY thick hair and it’s very hard to manage and TAMANNA thinned it well and was precise with how much hair I asked her to cut. Definitely going back!
See you tomorrow!
I visited this salon for a hair cut today. I found Tamanna to be very polite and professional. I liked the way she focussed on my preferences and made my hair look great after the cut. I highly recommend this salon. Excellent service
Had a wonderful experience with 2 talanted girls Tamanna and Gurmeet. Tamanna Did my hair keratin I got a perfect result as I expected it to be. She went out of the way to give me an appointment suitable to my requirements. Gurmeet did waxing for me and she does a great job. I will look forward to see them whenever I go to shashi beauty at parramatta. Great experience
Really happy with the service at this salon! A special shout out to Tamana who had magic in her hands and is truly very talented in her work! She was friendly, cared about what I wanted and I was truly happy with the results. 5/5 rating.
As a customer, these are my expectations
-To be greeted - a simple 'hello, how are you? ' (Nothing extravagant.)
-My "beautician' to take off her coat and wash her hands before starting my treatment.
-Not to answer her phone during the treatment I am paying for.
-Not to spill water on me and not even apologise.
- To be able to provide a piece of damp cotton wool/tissue/ paper towel to wipe dye off my skin (I used my wet top where she spilt water on me in the end)
The vibe I got was that she couldn't be bothered and didn't want to be there. I went in to get three things done, I left having only got 2 things done.
For me, basic hygiene and common courtesy are essential in any business.
I won't be going back there, The branch in carlingford is much better.
I love the service and nice staff. They did very nice colour and hair cut. Highly recommended
I had the pleasure of visiting this hair salon for the first time and I was very impressed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was very calming and inviting. Tamana took her time to listen to what I wanted and made sure that I was happy with the result. The cut was perfect and I'm so happy with the results! Highly recommend this salon.
I went for hair colouring recently for an event and I absolutely loved Tamana’s service. She is very professional, knowledgeable and will cater to your needs.
I love my hair color and so does my sister! We both got it from Tamana and are loving this new look!
We definitely would recommend this place for anyone looking for hair services.
Such a third-class service I ever had before in my lifetime. First, they have to know about after-service is also a same important. After the next day of my lashes extensions, 2 or 3 of my extension fell. I call them to fix it but they said will inform me once the beautician is ready. But they didn’t call me. I call them back after 4 5 days and they said to come today. Everyone has the time you inform them we book an appointment what does that mean we ask for their time? But when I call them they said come today she is only free for today that's not a good way of customers service.
Tamana did a very good job with my hair. She is very kind and polite and didn't let me get bored in all those 4 hours of keratin straight I will definitely come back again
Unprofessional non communication with customers when doing make up not telling what they use etc and they did not have lip liner when requested for makeup do
For hair, unbelievable little of my hair was burnt with the curler and Zora stated it’s due to conditioner used on hair, I
had curls done many times before but nothing of this happened. Very unprofessional and poor customer service
Never again non apology
Very scary, customer s be aware
I was served my Tamana and she did a amazing job… Thank you and I highly recommend this salon!
Just had my hair permanently straightened by Shashi Beauty Salon @ Westfield Parramatta and I love the result! Tamana and Zohra are highly professional and friendly
Highly recommended if you are considering getting your hair done. This is my second time and I will definitely go back next year ️️️
Refusing to trim a buzzcut on a woman is unprofessional. Should I become a baker who refuses to bake cakes? There were no other customers in the shop when I asked: you weren't understaffed and overpacked. I went next door where they happily made 20 bucks in 5 minutes. Good one.
Tamana did an amazing job fixing my dark hair colour to mahogany that I wanted I am happy and satisfied with the service and quality.
Just did a really poor job. I came to have my eyebrows done and came out with them so uneven and wonky. Rather than being a treat I left really upset. Wish I didn’t pay but I felt so shocked at it all.
Tamanah did great job with my hair.she color, cut and styled my hair so beautifully. Satisfied customer. I appreciate Tamanah’s professionalism she is very well acknowledged how to take care of hair. Highly recommend Tamanah there.
Very disappointed, would give a 0 star if I could. Bad customer service. Made customers wait without even greeting anyone, one customer even got up and walked out. I was charged $45 for a haircut and it was really bad. The ‘stylist’ didn’t understand what I was saying, after she cut my hair I was upset and I told her I don’t like it and it’s not what I asked for. She said she didn’t know how to cut it that way I asked, she argued the pint with me and did not show care that I didn’t like it or offer for someone else to rock it. Why didn’t you tell me before you cut my hair that you didn’t know how to do it? She was very rude and unapologetic, and still made me pay for it. They should not be cutting people’s hair if they are not skilled. Now I will have to pay even more money to get it fixed elsewhere and will lose at least 3-4 months of growth.
I had an amazing experience with Tamana, i wanted ashy blonde/natural blonde hair from my natural dark brown. Tamana was very helpful and honest from the beginning and set realistic expectations. She handled my hair carefully, took own initiative to stop me from damaging my hair further and gave me tips to care for it properly. Would definitely recommend Tamana's service.
If I can give this place a 0 star rating I would.me and my cousin paid $600 for piercings when I could of went to an actual piercing expert and paid $250 max for both of us. I then rang the place up to make sure she charged us properly because $600 didn’t seem right she then began to argue with us when we were trying to ask her a question. The place is very unsanitary, the Owner pierced my ears and didn’t disinfect the earrings or my ear properly, she didn’t bother to wear gloves and on top of that her earrings were very poor quality and came in old packets that weren’t packaged properly.she made my cousin put in her own earrings because she had nails and couldn’t do it. 2 weeks went by and both my cartilage piercing started to hurt and my ear went red and was swollen. I thought it was normal and it was healing but turned out the earring is dug into the back of ear and wasn’t pierced properly which led to blood and pus. So if anyone is thinking of getting there ears pierced don’t think of going there and I recommend going to an actual piercing artist that knows what’s they’re doing.
