My 11 year old son had his ears pierced for the first time and it was a very easy, clean & comfortable process. Care plan explained well & the lady who served us was very lovely. Recommend to come here to have your ears pierced.

I booked in online after that the lady called me cancel the appointment without any reason and she speaking not good

I visit the place today for the first time and it was really as i read in the review, the lady there did the shape that it suits me and she did as i told her. I strobgly recommend Shashi beauty Salon for everyone.

Regular male customer who gets their eyebrows threaded - I'm very specific with the way I want them & shashi beauty liverpool does a really good job on my eyebrows.

Love coming to Sandy to thread my eyebrows. She does it perfect every single time and I have never had a complaint. If I could, I would rate her 7 stars.

The shop and room were dirty and unkept, she made me feel like I was a inconvenience. No pre or post skin care, and made me feel self conscious about my facial hair commenting how thick it was. Will never visit again

Wanted to get piercing done first time. Got total 3 piercings done and the staff did a fantastic job. Completely painless and very reasonable price as well. Definately recommend this salon and will be back again.

Worst facial experience ive ever had. Firstly, the therapist did not knock and check if I was ready and changed before she entered the room, she also did not consult me prior to the facial, secondly the lights were on during the facial. Thirdly, she used cold water instead of warm water.
Before we started, I told her I have lash extensions so I asked if she can avoid and be careful around them but during the facial she was still not cautious with it which made alot of my lash extensions come off and have lots of gaps. After she applied the mask, she left the room and I can hear her play a video on her phone or something really loud and talking on the phone loudly. By the end of the facial, I opened my eyes and it was stinging and red with residue left under my eyes/lashes. All she did was look at me and said itll go away in few mins and hand me a tissue. I was also left with some cleanser residue inside my left ear aswell. As a beautician myself, this is definitely NOT professional at all and would not recommend facial here.

Do not let the new Indian lady service you. Especially with eyebrows! Asked for eyebrow wax and she completely ruined it! Now I have to wait for months until it grows back normal. I don’t know how they hire people like these with no experience. Sandy on the other hand seems very experienced.
