Very rude! She was so rough threading my daughters eyebrows that she ripped her newly pierces nose ring out! No apology so angry will never go back there!

I'm being only generous giving 3 stars as the staff member was lovely. Absolutely zero workmanship. I went in for waxing and the first lady did half my legs, after she was done there was still hair left that she hadn't removed. A second lady came to finish the job and even after she asked me to wipe myself there was wax residues everywhere. She asked me to check for hair and it looked like everything was removed, however upon checking again when I came home I had plenty of residues and hair that it required me to shave. When you charge so much you expect service to be on par, but I was highly disappointed. Will not be coming back here.

I called today for a service and they happily told me to come right in. I got body waxing done and the ladies were very friendly and pleasant during my visit. The staff here were amazing and delivered excellent service. Will be coming back again.

I’ve been here 5 times before, walk in every time for a waxing yet today at 10am on a Sunday (I’ve walked in on a Sunday before) I was told to book an appointment despite the shop being empty for the next hour - confirmed because I did grocery shopping after and walked past again. I spend $100 on waxing here every time so I’m disappointed to say the least. I will never go back again. People need to spend their money where it’s worthy.

To be honest they took me in straight away no waiting and the lady was very friendly and also enjoyed a laugh with me so that was rather pleasant and the best part of my experience. I went to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted, I don't really know how my wax went until my tint wears off but my tinting was a good colour but uneven, I had one eyebrow thicker than the other. Lol. To be honest I will not return to this place, maybe that lady is better at other things than she is at this, I don't know her name but I won't be putting her skills to the test after this. I was left in a room with the door partially open and the light off waiting for tint to develop. No nice smells or relaxing music for ambience. There was indian music playing but who wants to hear that? Maybe that's why you could barely hear it, and a slight smell of curry. I won't be adding any pictures of my different shaped eyebrows.: 0/ wish that I had read the reviews first.

If you like to peel off your skin and turn your skin like red tomato then go for it. Totally unprofessional, always new person there. As if they hire trainee who experiment waxing on your skin. My wife had a worst experience ever and would never go there. The place doesn't even deserve 1 star, we give 0 star.

Got a eyebrow treading done and really unhappy. Both are uneven. My right eyebrow looks wavy and my left is thicker then the right. Now I have to outgrow my eyebrows and get it back to it’s normal shape. Date 22 August 2022

Not impressed with the eyelash extension,
For $100 it looks like the left lashes don’t have enough and the right lashes has more and longer pieces of eyelash. I don’t recommend this place for eyelashes

Let's just say never going back there again.
Left with 1 really short eyebrow looks like half my eyebrow is gone ‍️
They put their price up to $17 no where near worth it.

Horrible place! 2 appointments in row I turn up and they’re running half hour behind. Pathetic.

So called ahead to make appointment and they said it’s not required so went in during my lunch and they advise currently nothing available. Made an appointment for next day and turn up on time and get told it’s a half hour wait. The person didn’t realise I even had an appointment and gave my time slot for previous client who was late to theirs. Pathetic service! Never using them and my girlfriend isn’t ever going to them ever again. Not to any locations! UNPROFESSIONAL!

I'm an Asian thought want to support an Asian business but it's turns out to be a disaster. Ordered an eyesbrows feathering but it's turns out only two black eyesbrows and it's done by the owner Shashi herself! People always says never trust an Indians and I had so many bad experiences doing business with Indians and this one is not exception! I hated myself everytime looking at mirrors. The service is 50 dollars cheaper then elsewhere but they suggested I buy the moisturiser for 30 dollars which you can buy it for 7.99 at the pharmacy! Extremely poor skill, poor facilities, and its charges Extremely expensive for the horrible poor services.

I went in to get my eyebrows threaded. I waited in the waiting room for almost 10min. When I finally got into the treatment room the lady waited until I was laying down on the chair and had thread in her hands to ask me if I had a mask, which I had left in the car. She then proceeded to tell me that she can't thread my eyebrows, she can only wax them unless I had a mask on which makes absolutely no sense to me. I left the store not getting my eyebrows done. I could have been notified about this rule while I sat in the waiting room, I would have happily walked to the car to get it, although I still don't understand why I need a mask to have my eyebrows threaded, but not if I was to get them waxed. What a complete waste of time.

Left looking worse than when I had come in. Had threading done on my brows, very painful and I usually do threading with no issues. I don’t think these beauticians are qualified, my brows have no shape, one is shorter than the other and they are very thin. Very upset about it and when I had confronted the beautician she said she did nothing wrong:/ I do not recommend this place, please save your money and go to a professional.

So unprofessional! Paid $120 for 4D lash that just look NATURAL! And unprofessionally done would never recommend them to anyone!

Very bad experience. Really poor customer services. Very lazy girls just did bleach in one hour and start facial hot water fell on my neck from steamer.

Need to work on customer service. But they do my eyebrows good besides missing a few hairs most times.

Paid $65 for "lash lift" only for my lashes to look exactly the same! Waste of money.

My girlfriend went there recently and they ripped her skin off on top of her eyes so badly there is an immense amount of scabbing and it is not only painful but aesthetically upsetting for her.

Went for eyelash extensions paid $110 for a set of eyelashes that needed to be removed the next day as they were applied so poorly. Went to the doctor and needed ointment and antibiotics for eye infection and irritation caused. Went back to the salon to show photos and ask for my money back and to see their qualifications. Got nothing except threatening to ring security if I didn’t leave. Was not aggressive and did not swear just wanted my money back. I then messaged the business page and got left on read. Have lodged with fair trading. Premium price for poor treatment. No customer service. No management skills. Doubt they are qualified.

I have been going here for many years. I get my whole face threaded. The ladies there are amazing especially D. J she makes my eye brows perfect. Good job ladies!
