6I asked for no ice and less sugar which is allowed in other share teas, the staff forced me to order half sugar and half ice with bad attitude.
Very good tea however incredibly under staffed. Only one person at the counter at 4pm. Feels bad for her.

Staff is really too impersonal, I bought in this shop not ten times also have eight times, today I have a cold so want to go to the ice clerk said no, I said I can accept drink go to the ice not full cup, still disagree, really ruin my day!
THIS WAS THE BEST BOBA SHOP IN THE WORLD! I got 2 drinks, red bean and herbal jelly, pudding milk teas. I paid for extra topping of red bean and pearls. And boy was the lady generous. On the milk tea one, 3/4 was pearls and pudding and red bean one was the same, pearls and red bean. Thank you guys for your generosity! Definitely will be coming back.
Turns out you can’t adjust the ice level on your milk teas, that’s a first. Staff didn’t even explain why, just a ‘new’ policy.
