Sharetea Railway Square

Yesterday, I bought a bubble tea from this shop very first time. Staff girl was not friendly, no smile, no greetings. Not sure if i should go again because there are many bubble tea shops with more gentle and easy going friendly staff. I dont want someone stare at me with no smile and no greetings. No willingness to answer my questions. Maybe she doesnt have much knowledge about their products. Just i didnt feel good after i left this shop. That s why i didnt like their bubble tea as well

Bought the tiger brown sugar fresh milk tea, size regular. Service was good, staff friendly, drink made quickly, convenient location and drink was so yummy! Ticks all boxes

I’ve given this Sharetea 5 chances for decent customer service and they’ve failed 4 times out of that 5. They get 2 stars instead of 1 for the gentleman (I suspect manager) who served me 2 weeks ago who was polite, helpful and informed. Unfortunately I won’t be using this sharetea again. They are actually below the basic standards of customer service, on every visit I’ve been met with attitude by staff, on 3 out of the last 5 visits they have gotten my order wrong.
On my most recent visit I enquired about the $5 drinks sign which was clearly advertised outside, they said “I don’t know if we’re doing them, the guy decides and he’s not here” so I asked for a drink with herbal jelly and aloe Vera. They forgot the aloe Vera, luckily I noticed before getting too far away, they made a new one (without much of an apology) and pictured is the amount of herbal jelly I got in the new drink (they were not running out, there was lots left)

Won’t be coming back.

Had a wonderful experience. Worth sharing and quality spending time with friends and family. 5 stars

The price you can see is lowest without anything, if you want hot or ice, pay extra.
The taste is like a kg of sure adding in 0.3 ml of milk.

Right in the centre before heading home or office. Nice, humble customer service and always prepare great tea.

Used to be one of my favourite shop but no more. Order hasn't been checked about ice or sweetness level anymore, and the drink got lump at the bottom of cup, also the smell of matcha is extremely light. My order is large matcha, I think the lump might be sugar, milk powder and matcha powder.

It’s a terrible Thai milk tea. That is totally not a Thai milk tea tastes like. I feel like this is the “Creamer Flavored Water”. I can't drink the aroma of tea, don't have the mellow taste of Thai milk, and the creamer taste is very strong.
I’m not a person who wastes foods. But I can't take a second sip at all.
Really sad and stomachache.

A great experience for my taste buds! Other than the great selections of drinks which are picture perfect; the customer service is great. Will definitely go back again and recommend to others.

I am a huge fan of matcha milk tea from share tea. But oddly it tasted diluted here. Didn't get the original taste.

I visited here on Tuesday night and the service was exceptional. It is rare to get quality customer service in boba shop nowadays but you guys made an exception.

Needless to say, the drinks were phenomenal. Especially the pearls were very soft and chewy, quite better than Gongcha or Coco across the road.

I found a bug in my drink. If that's not enough as a reason not to go then I don't know what is. I would post pictures if I can.
