They had a promotion for the Tiger Milk Tea, buy 1 get 2nd half price. The promotion photo shows a large size but apparently it’s only valid for regular. This is misleading advertising. Additional T&C, you cannot choose the sugar and ice level. When we got our drinks, both were filled with ice to the brim. This is such a rip off! Never again will I visit this store.

No employees are here and the store remains open. I waited ten minutes, which was not good. There are no signs or instructions to tell the clerk to go to the toilet. It's terrible and not suitable for doing this in a shopping mall. Not recommended

Awful. Tiger Milk Tea is literally milk with syrup. Separate. Not shaken, blended or stirred. It’s a poor milkshake. Garbage.

I ordered two drinks, which were $7.25 and $6. I paid with a $50 note, and got back $35.20. I asked if the change was right, and I was given a dollar back, but apparently the 55 cents was a price change that wasn't updated on the menu? Still confused

The girl added water in my peach green tea. We are standing there watching her, we mention it and she said because the green tea is finished! What kind of excuse is that! And we paid for a large. No care in the world

I went at 5.45 to get a large pearl milk tea and didn't get anything like what I ordered and saw the ladie spit in my tea

For some reason stopped accepting liven. If i buy the credits for a chain, i sure except all of them should accept it.

Also doesn't accept Amex - what are you even doing in Zetland?

This shop is run by a nice young man. Because he was alone, it took a bit long to make the drink but other then that, everything was great. There are many options to choose from and my kiwifruit crush tasted good (wasn't with real fruit, so did taste artificial but it did the job of cooling me down).

Ordered 2 drinks 25 minutes ago - STILL waiting! Girl too busy with delivery guy to serve 7 of us waiting! Do NOT use!

Super friendly lady that was very patient with me and my friend deciding what choices to make and drink to get. It was made really well too and was definitely quite tasty compared to most other shareteas i go to. Dont sleep on the mango frappe

When I go to a new bubble tea place I will always order the most basic drink ever "Pearl Milk Tea" to try it out and see how is it.

But I will like to know why dose it tastes like a milk tea colour water? Is like I pay $5.80 or 6 (sorry forgot the price) for a plastic cup of water when I could pay $2-4 for a bottle of water. I get it shop could have their bad days but I came twice and ordered the same thing but it tastes exactly the same nothing have changed. And is 2 different worker.

The customer service lets just say it could be way better and just stop being rude like I an paying for the drink not bagging it for free

The worker today (Joline) at Share tea was absolutely amazing was full of joy! I hope to see Joline regularly at Share tea! She made the drinks just right 5 Stars I wish I could put more! I hope management sees what a wonderful worker she is!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The staff had no sense of urgency, they got my order wrong and they were rude. The man before me waited 10 minutes for one drink and he was the only customer.

Is it necessary to put surcharge for public holiday? It’s not 10% but 15% just for bubble tea. Plus, They don’t put anything to inform that surcharge before hand (like printed paper or anything near the cashier). So when I was about to pay, I just realised there was an additional amount of money. When I asked the cashier, what was that for, the cashier then told me that was for public holiday surcharge. If i didnt ask, maybe they wouldn’t tell me what was that for.

I was served by a male named Ayden. He was polite and made my drinks perfect. He took in everything I wanted and it was the best drinks I've had in a long time!

Worst service. I went to Sharetea at 6: 39pm, they said they were closed and refused to serve me, but someone in front of me was placing an order for milk tea.

1 star, never tried it, so keep that in mind. I was in East Village today to go to the chemist and to my eye doctor. Was surprised to see that this place was open during the Covid lockdown. What is essential about bubble tea?

Don’t mind the bubble tea, but there was a guy and girl serving. There was a back-log of orders with lots of people waiting to pick-up and the guy continued to take more orders, leaving the girl to struggle through the prep most of the time. I think it’d be better if the guy had’ve politely asked the new customers to wait a couple of mins so that he could help fulfil the orders more quickly and there’d be less wait time for everyone.

I like their drinks as they are so refreshing. Make sure you try lychee green tea with aloe vera drink on you next order.

Best tea and service ever. So nice and can don't question when I want to double up my pearls. Love the tea as well the best drink in the world
