Best boba in the Westfields complex. They have the best variety. I love the honeydue milk tea and the staff are very friendly.

Please don't buy the honey dew smoothie.too much sugar.can't even take a sip because of its sweeetnessss.you'll regret even if you're a sugar lover.

I regularly buy the purple rice yoghurt and its made delicious by the friendly staff, however unfortunately male staff member doesn't make it delicious. Is there any way he can be trained?

Hands down the best milk tea I've had in such a long time. Was in Sydney for a few days from brissy and thought to check it as students get a discount. Staff were so lovely and nice.

They served great milk teas. Especially the female worker named Vanessa. She was very friendly and nice to me. Anyway, I love this shop, I highly recommend you guys to come there?

The drinks were alright however customer service is terrible tbh.
The staff (asian looking, short, colored hair and wearing glasses) took my order were so rude, she showed attitude toward me and even her colleague. Thats so bad

The place is very aesthetic to take pictures for instagram and facebook. Costumer service was kind and friendly and also the drinks were good. Overall a solid place to visit next time u go to liverpool.

It’s okay! Drinks could be better? Like strawberry milk tea, tastes like, sorry to be so harsh, but watery medicine in strawberry flavour, artificial taste!: - (the cream top has a cheesy and milky taste and smell to it which drives me to stray away from anything of that sort in the store, assam black tea could do better, auburn branch was nicer to have! Overall there’s a lot to improve on, i had a harsh encounter with a worker once, they might have been in a bad mood i understand, so i’ll let it slide but it wasn’t nice at all.anyway, nice store, decent service, okay not so strong drinks as other competitors, but i like it! Nice if you want a lighter version of gong cha, similar price, oddly smelling cream top? It’s alright, a 3/5 for sure (-:

So they are currently running a promo where you buy a “tiger” drink which is essentially their brown sugar drink and you can go into some spin the wheel via a QR code so you could win a prize.

First off you didn’t even need to buy the drink, anyone can just go up to the Damm QR code and try the spin the wheel out as you didn’t need any recent to validate so that was a waste of money to buy this “tiger” drink in celebration of course of Year is the Tiger

Anyway i tried the wheel a couple of times, no luck. Ok suss so I tried with all random emails and guess what you win nothing so it’s really just a pointless scam/waste of your time and I guess I’m waiting to see if they start spamming my genuine email which I’ll block if they do.

Great product, fast and friendly service at competitive prices. There have a loyalty club, but you need to bring physical card.

Best taro milktea! Really makes it hard for me to try new flavours just because it’s so good. I’ve compared it to Gongcha and I’ve noticed the difference might be in the sweetness as sharetea’s is a little more sweeter, so if you’ve got a sweet tooth like me, you just might like Sharetea’s taro milktea! I introduced the flavour to my boyfriend and he was so shocked at how good it tasted, and has become his new favourite flavour!

Terrible customer service.the girls began talking in Asian and I told them it was rude to speak in another language when serving customer.they said if you don't like take a refund.
Won't go again.wouldn't recommend.

Speed is fine. Flavour isn’t very strong compared to competitors and there are a few similar shops in the centre.

Quality varies way too much, I’ve noticed if I come at less busy hours, usually the pearls are not even cooked enough and will be hard in the inside and sometimes they’re cooked to the point it’s almost liquid. There is also quite a long wait time. It’s a bit overpriced. The flavour of the tea though is great.

The employee and the service was TERRIBLE. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. The process was slow and unprofessional, I ordered normal pearls but it came out looking like there is no pearls at all. I can even count them. So disappointed!
