I first met Shannon quite a few years ago when I had lost my Thermomix consultant. After explaining the situation, Shannon gave me her details and told me to call her if I needed any help. I have since leaned on her multiple times and she’s always come through for me. She’s very professional but also a lovely person with an expert understanding of the Thermomix products, accessories, repairs and recipes. I always enjoy our chats about food and what we can create and can’t recommend her enough.

I’ve been super impressed with Shannon’s customer service. I’ve been to-ing and fro-ing with the possibility of purchasing a Thermomix in over a year, and she has patiently answered all of my questions, while keeping me informed of the latest offers while I made up my mind to take the plunge! Her Facebook videos are always helpful (even though I’m a difficult vegan). I am yet to join in on one of her workshops, but hope to do so when Covid is less crazy. I cannot recommend Shannon enough when it comes to Thermomix. She’s so very knowledgeable in anything to do with Thermomix and is a wonder when it comes to recipes and all the hacks and tricks to make a great meal for the family. I still own the humble TM31 from many years ago and still feel supported by her in my journey, even though there are newer versions available. When I’m ready to upgrade (if or when the TM31 hits the dust one day) I’ll be calling Shannon!
