A terrific salesman! Shane provided me realistic advice as to the best strategy to market and sell my property in Neutral Bay. Together we arrived at an asking price that was reflective of current market conditions. After the first (and only) open house, he called me with an offer that matched my asking price and encouraged me not to take it, he believed there was more money in the buyers and ended up negotiating $25k over the asking price. Unbelievable but true. I cant recommend him high enough.
