Shamrock Caravan Workshop

I went there around 4 weeks ago to buy some gas struts, they had to order them in and would call me.
It would only take a few day I was told they would call me.
Well I have initiated phone calls, three so far and I'm wasting time.
If they can't get them then simply tell me, it really isn't that difficult

Stephen at Shamrock was his usual efficient & helpful self, fixing our TV problem on our Jayco motorhome.

Bill and his staff know what their doing I trust them with all the services and repairs on my caravan

Terribley disorganised went to collect, wasn't done.no protection of my caravan inside left aluminium shavings along the entire inside of the van- dining and beds and carpet - still trying to get them out. Awning not secured properly took to another repairer and re-secured bolts. Unorganised and do NOT acknowledge their problems. Very unprofessional.

Bill and Stephen offer awesome service. My caravan has been maintained by Shamrocks for many years. They are the best.

I have tried all the caravan repair businesses in the Wyong/Tuggerah area and would definitely recommend Shamrock. One supposedly major repair business goes out of its way to run down its competition. They are not a patch on this family business.

Rang this business to see if they had a part that I wanted. They requested that I send a photo of the part to make sure exactly what I wanted. Despite sending an email with the photo and then a follow up email a couple of weeks later, I have not had the courteousy of a reply from them. Very disappointed with this business.

I had a good experience with Shamrock, they took my boat away and delivered it back on time with new movers installed. It has made my life easier and worth the money, no more pulling the boat and trailer around by hand, with 3 people pushing the boat and trailer up the driveway, I now use a remote control and the movers do all the work. I am extremely happy.
