Nathan fixed my neighbours guttering, and while he was there fixed my broken gate! Such a generous, thoughtful thing to do. What a star!

Called up Sewer Surgeon and Sam came out to fix a burst pipe and leaking gas regulator, which he sorted it all out on same day as the call out. Very happy with service and response.

We had Sam come out to do some investigation on a burst pipe. He did his job without any worries. Found him to be pleasant and responsible young man. He is very friendly & helpful and highly recommended. You cannot go wrong with Sam will be the best of the best you can get.

Sam the technician was very informative about what needed to be carried out to unblock my sewer. I've had other plumbers in the past who did not do a thorough job. They only worked from one section with the water blaster pushing the blockage along. Whereas Sam did this as well as sucking the blockage towards the outlet with another machine.
He used the camera to show me the problem was with the old clay pipes. Will recomend The Sewer Surgeon.

The worker came to my apartment on time. It was not so convenient to turn off the tap in the bathroom. He fixed the leaking tap quickly. It's a good service.

Sewer Surgeons were very responsive and punctual. They arrived on schedule, conducted a review of the situation, provided a quote and worked efficiently.

- Late to the quote, waited for ages.
- Completely outrages pricing (which I needed to accept due to my short notice).
- Andrew and his crew where late to the site everyday.
- Job site was left in complete disarray and mess every time they left.
- Andrew was unprofessional, rude, arrogant and uppity every time we spoke.
- There used to be a thing called "Customer Knows Best"- This is not true of course but Andrew Quinn takes his un-professionalism to new heights with how he treats his clients, staff and job sites.

Would give 0 stars if possible, worse bunch of workers and the worst manager I've ever seen on a construction site.
