Sew Many Stitches

I had the best experience today, my sewing machine, albeit old is now sewing like a brand new machine thanks to the experienced and kind gentleman who checked over my machine. The staff cannot do enough for you, they are friendly and knowledgeable and give the best advise re: fabrics and machines. Many thanks, I am very grateful for your help. Denise Cunningham

Even though the store was closed. John was able to help me with my Pfaff overlocker. What a legend! And what great customer service. Very hard to find dedicated professionals like this these days. I definitely recommend this store for all your sewing and repair needs

They attempted to fix my embroidery machine numerous times, washers were left out and told they weren't needed in machine, told machine was fixed travelled 3 hours to get machine, get home and same fault kept happening. Basic servicing they may be good at but Finding fault and fixing machine they are hopeless, will never trust these people or deal with them and would advise others to stay clear

I have a broken sewing machine sutting on the corner of house for a long time. I was going to throw it away.
I decided to go to the shop to see if tgey can fix it.
The man at the shop was super suoer helpful, told me so many tips.
He fixed straight away abd charge me only $10!

Amazing store with great quality fabrics and lots of other sewing supplies and whats more they are very reasonably priced. Staff are beyond helpful and courteous. It's my go to store now!

Machine technician is one of the best!

A year ago I decided to make two quilts as gifts. I had never used a sewing machine and was new to quilting. I came into the shop to purchase some supplies as I had started the first quilt and made a right mess of it.
Judy said bring it in. She guided me on how to fix it and how to do it right…. Starting with my bad cutting technique! The photo memory quilt is now finished and looks amazing.
The patchwork and machine embroidery classes are social and enjoyable and the range of quilting supplies amazing.from fabrics to notions to machines.
I note from previous posts the comments about young rude staff.i have been coming weekly for a year and have not experienced this type of service. Thank you Judy, Tina and Sue for all your help and knowledge making my projects happen. These ladies can't do enough for you.

The young female worker is very rude and disrespectful, I was new to quilting and asked a few questions and was spoken to rudely, I will never go back lucky spotlight is is next to it.

I love this shop. I met the staff at a craft fair and they were so lovely, trekked out to Campbelltown to visit. The young lady remembered us and gave us the best service. She was so patient with all our questions and gave great advice when it was sought. I can't wait to go back. Thank you!

I got the worst experience in this shop. A young staff member is very rude and disrespectful to customers! One thing for sure I wont ever go back to this shop again or recommend it to anyone!

Very disrespectful young staff works there, don't know how to talk to customers, I had to go somewhere else to do my shopping.

Dodgy, avoid like the plague.sent my machine for repair, ended up with parts taken out of machine.now will set me back extra money to fix the repair. Stay clear.
