I had an embedded pipe leaking onto the floor over a long weekend. First Alex came out and assessed it on the Sunday, organised leak detection and was very responsive with good communication. Ali did as good as possible with the leak detection and Alex arranged for investigation and repair. Jake and Luke undertook the repair the next day and did a fantastic job. Great response, quality and communication from everyone.

GUYS PLEASE BE AWARE- these guys do robbery in broad daylight! They charged us $2600 for a Rheem 160 lts water tank, however, when enquired other plumbers, we were quoted between $1500 to $1700 for the same job.

Moreover, the New Tank started leaking the same day. When called them and asked for a refund they refused a refund stating, they don't do a refund but will replace the tank.

When asked for a discount, we're told that they don't do price match and can only offer a $100 discount. The Manager who called me had no phone etiquette and was rude. Of all the stress we have been through, it's a alert for all new customers, to no opt for their services at any cost. They are a bunch of loots.

The online booking system doesn’t reflect their actual availability. When I booked I was up at 7 after night shift and no one called or emailed to say what was going on, no one turned up.

Receptionist was really nice and apologised.

Andrew / Mark came to fix my air conditioning system. He was prompt, courteous and very knowledgable. I forgot the other two guys name they all were unbelievable professional and reliable my central air conditioning system was changed with in reasonable time frame. I recommend their services. Thank you guys doing good job.

Be careful you don’t get overcharged on a hot water unit.

The technician who installed the hot water system was friendly and did a great job. Just don’t take the call out salesman’s first quote on hot water system. I asked for breakdown of cost and realised I could save $1000 buying exact same Rheem unit myself at Bunnings down the road then getting them to install it.
My tip: ask for hot water unit cost in quote and check you’re not paying a big markup.

Useless. Had them come out to fix a tripping switch. I'd isolated the problem but that info was disregarded. They left ($300 later.) and then problem continued. Came back and 'fixed it' (for another $200.) and just an hour later the switch is still tripping. Tried to get them back out but the company informed me I'd still need to pay (despite paying twice already and with nil resolution to the problem). I'll be going elsewhere. Would absolute not recommend.

Doggy business, asked online chat whether they can solve my problem on my air conditioner's control panel, they didn't answer and just ask for technician check onsite.charged expensive call out fee and didn't solve my problem and no alternative solution for it.just 5 mins and run away.

Completely Unhappy with the service. Cancelled the job in 4 hours time because of their expensive quote after paying the deposit of 10%. They charged the same amount as restocking fee and didn't get the refund.please beware of this company policies before paying any money. Service Today is not worth for even one star.

Mark came to fix a pump associated with my air conditioning system. He was prompt, courteous and very knowledgable. He took away broken parts and left the job spotless. I would fully recommend this service.
Today I had Steve and Cooper replace halogen lights in the house, replace a bathroom fan, replace smoke alarms and replace a front door sensor and light. They were very punctual, courteous, professional and informative. They wore masks inside when asked. They did a good job. Thank you Steve and Cooper.

Tradie very efficient and on time, but with only here 1/2 an hour felt the cost was very exorbitant for the job.
Ask for a quote before you go ahead with the job and don’t feel pressured

Service was great light looks much better. More expensive than I imagined with an emergency call out fee on a Saturday afternoon and then almost $1000 for a light fitting and switch. It had to be done so I let it be. Too expensive for a single income. But the service was good.

My partner and i requested Service Today to urgently remove kitchen sink and gas benchtop - 2 kitchen water hoses and 1 gas hose and return to connect hoses also replace sink and gas benchtop. Tradesman was very competent and friendly. But due to last minute - we had to have this task done. The quote came at $1200. I indicated that this was obviously "Price Gauging" - I was told by another agent, we could have the job completed by another tradesman for 1/2 the price. Never again.

Split SysteM Air Conditioner - clean and service. Arrived on time, air conditioner nice and clean and well serviced

Way overpriced! Didn't fix properly! They unblocked our pipe. 1 week later it was blocked again. Called a local plumber who found 2 other blockages. He fixed it properly for half the price. Was quoted a crazy sum to replace the pipes. Local plumber is doing it now for a quarter of the price. Disgraceful.

I have used this service a few times for different things. Always arrived when expected, very clear about prices and the work is done quickly. Importantly for me, they will come out for the smallest jobs.
