Very unprofessional staff I have seen today here especially a person standing at front who provides tickets to people.
I visited at this branch to buy a log book work diary. After waiting almost 50 mins, when my ticket no.turned up I went to the counter and I said i need to buy a heavy vehicle work diary and the staff who attended me said we are running out of this work diary.
They should have told me right at the counter where I received a ticket no.for my position and also the ticket provider staff do not what is work diary.
They must respect and know the importance of people’s time who go there.

Really horrible experience. Tracey needs new glasses or adhd medication. I explained to her how important it was for me to get my license. She spelt my name sharrlini messed up 3 sylybous 1 week ago when she claimed she submitted my application to perth. I got Fiona to send 1x information request and I told her to check my name and license number. She still send the wrong name in. I came back and spoke to the floor manager fiona who also resent the email with the wrong name. I contacted perth transport they keep saying they didn’t receive it eventually 1 guy in the center realised she was spelling it wrongly hence they keep responding no such person. I mean you are copying the name from the document. I have you my Perth queensland, bank statement and my passport how can you mess up shaalini 3 times with sharrlini? Plus Fiona the coordinator checked it and sent the same wrong name email to request release of information from perth transport. When I said how can someone spell it wrong she replied rudely human error. Not once did anyone of them apologise or take responsibility for any of their actions. Seriously horribl service. Both Fiona and Tracey should be fired. Your job is to have a certain level of attention to details. Even a 7 year old can copy and paste the name easily from an document id to a laptop. I wasted hours days on phone calls etc seriously an absolute waste of time and money on my end. Fiona would be better off in a sales jobs she walks around chatting about her weekend with the team trying to built repore but her job is to ensure the team gets the job done right and take responsibility not chit chat and boss people around with her authoritative demeanour. You get us to check our eyes please also check yours this isn’t a joke this is serious. This has caused me so much stress and anxiety and running around hours on the phone like a frantic mad person.

Staff are not helpful and lack of knowledge about their jobs. Staff just stay in the information area and chatting each other instead of helping and assisting clients. Poor management compared to other services NSW

My experience here was very bad. The front of house people were very nice and the service was prompt. The attitude of the people at the actual counters however was very poor. They were rude, court and would constantly laugh amongst themselves while serving customers. While I understand having good workplace relations and chats, it was to the extent that I felt uncomfortable and like the least of their priorities. If you want to get a driver's license photo and want to see what it looks like do not come here, I have been told by other friends that normally they would show you what the image looks like. Here, they abruptly took the photo and did not allow me to check. That's not a huge deal but again it just felt as though they wanted me gone.

I have been here a few times now, the staff have been rude, incompetent, completely dismissive and have provided the wrong information that has caused significant ongoing issues. When trying to have a conversation with staff to try and get these issues resolved they have been totally uncaring and not willing to help at all. I usually never leave reviews, however after my experience here I could not speak more negatively against the service they provide and the care they take towards trying to assist every day individuals. I am greatly disappointed and honestly concerned that our government cares about us so little they can let an establishment like this go on. The standard this establishment performs at is completely unacceptable.

walked through the door. Greeted by friendly, helpful staff who provided what I needed and completed the transaction with efficient staff at the counter. Great job team, keep up the awesome service.

Really helpful and nice place. Thank you very much for the staff who help me solve account problems. I am so sorry that I forget to ask the gentleman’s name. I applied vouchers for my kid recently.however, I failed many times for applying online due to I have more than one account. The gentleman helped me for a long time: logged in and created account; called the call center. It spent nearly one hour to solve my problem. Thank you soooooo much.

Quickly, attentive and super friendly. Always a pleasure to go to service NSW. Everyone complaining hasn’t gone through bureaucracy in other countries - the fact that you can get your photo taken for free and on site, that you can use computers and even print documents. I’m honestly so impressed.
And the staff is so well educated too.
Today there has been a guy who came without a shirt but with two dogs and nevertheless he’s been treated to friendly and respectful. (The dogs were adorable anyways).
I appreciate such service a lot.

Went here to have my overseas licence coverted after being denied twice at another service location even though I meet all criteria based on Transport NSW website. The lady helping here me was really knowledgeable and did her best to properly process my conversion. I appreciate that even if my case needed more time and effort than necessary to conplete, she pursued on completing it and did not stop working on it.

The wait to he get to a counter to renew a driving licence is huge. Staff are awesome, but the all purpose service centre idea is not delivering a better service to NSW citizens. At least for renewing licences

Been here a few times and the first few times, customer service was actually prompt, professional and really very good.

The very last time we went though was a totally different story, involving the person who triages customers, and the security guard.

Now normally when a place is about to close, and there is a line:

A/ The place shuts the door earlier according to how many people are in the queue, and serves the remaining said customers.

B/ The place shuts the door on time and serves the remaining said customers, turning everyone else away.

Common sense right?

Well I arrived about 40 minutes before closing time, waited for 40 minutes to get to near the front of the queue, then ON THE DOT, the customer service agent simply went "We are closed, you need to come back another time" to the 4 or 5 couples ahead of me.

As anyone who has stood in line for service for 40+ minutes would think, everyone looked at everyone else going "Are you serious? "

Then the next best thing occurred. The security guard, who was laughing at something on the mobile the entire friggin' time I was (at least 40 minutes of not looking up from his mobile), looked up and without missing a beat, as if he was telling someone the same thing over and over and over again, waved his arms about, pointed his arm and finger at the door and stuck his face into customer's faces. Each time with a condescending "you're an idiot smile", said "You need to leave, no you need to leave. " to everyone in the line.

This fantastic instance of never before seen customer service has got to be the most memorable I've ever seen to date. There are wild monkeys in Ubud in Indonesia who exhibit more sophistication.

Your mileage and experience may vary, but I advise anyone who needs to visit this branch on a weekend, to arrive WELL AHEAD OF TIME, so if you get these two stooges, that the same thing does not happen to you.

This was the worst experience I ever had. The staffs here are so not professional. I came here at 1 pm. I told them I wanted to translate driver license. They said I needed to fill out the form first. After I finished, they sad they were so busy and ticket would be given to me after 40 mins. After that, they said they still busy and let me wait for half an hour. When the time passed, I still didn't get the ticket. They said we can't service me today. They just wasted me about two hours and I didn't get any progress for my translation of driver license. If you told me first that you are so busy and possibly can't give me ticket, I wouldn't wait. But my time was wasted.

Really fast and efficient staff when they serve you. Reshma is a legend. I was going to say I was in a rush, but it wasn't necessary. Reshma did all the writing, typing and stuff to sort out my International Drivers Licence as fast as if it was an Olympics event, while still being relaxed and really friendly. Gone in 90 seconds. Impressed. Thanks David also for being so helpful.

Someone forgot to tell service nsw that all COVID restrictions were being scrapped-they still want you to wait in a line outside before being allowed to take a number and wait again inside. Long lines, pointless delays, and typical public service in every way including 1 person serving people /3 people supervising. This rating system needs to introduce 0 stars for businesses such as SERVICE NSW. Just as well they are a government agency otherwise they would have gone out of business long ago.

I came here to change the driver license and
I booked but " Umar " misunderstood about my
booking. That's his fault because he works here so he has to check. But he said kind a that's my fault. And we have to give ID or passport like important things to them but they always handle carelessly. That's so dangerous. Maybe they lose our ID or passport, nobody is going to take responsibility. And I also came to get 3 vouchers but she gave 2 vouchers to me. I came here with my friends that's why I noticed her mistake but if you go by yourself, you'll not notice. The worst Service NSW. I don't want come again.

我終於相信去服務中心搞海外駕駛執照轉換本土駕駛執照申請需要「運氣」。嚟到呢間中心,我終於有運氣啦!喺另一間中心搞咗三次(共兩星期)都搞唔到,嚟到呢度遇到好幫手,三日就搞掂啦!仲要只需等15至30分鐘左右,慳返好多時間。

I finally believe that going to the service center to apply for an overseas driver's license transfer requires "luck". When I got to this center, I finally got lucky! I couldn’t complete the transfer request for three times (i.e. Two weeks) in another center, so when I met a good officer, I could complete it in three days! Also, I just needs to wait about 30 minutes in the center, which is saving a lot of time.

It was a very bad service. The woman near the door tells me that I should get a refund for NDIS from the NDIS deparment and only give me a call number. But the NDIS department tells me in the call that I should get a refund from the NSW service. Thus, the woman near the door only mislead me with a wrong information. She isn’t patient as well. I got a very bad experience.

I came in today stressed, without knowing exactly what I needed and with time pressures to change registration from interstate. There wasn't time to complete the process today which was frustrating, but I was blown away with how nice, kind, and helpful every staff member was there. They would be dealing with a lot of people like me which would not be easy, but the people were wonderful nevertheless
