62Just received an email advising I should go online to view my e-Toll activity. Easy to do until I looked at the dates - all US format. Really? Last time I looked NSW was still in Australia and downunder we use the DD/MM/YY format. No solution to fix this myself so this one for the suggestion box.
It's a waste of time every time I go to this place. They do everything they can to not solve what you need and what other units have solved without complications. Lazy and arrogant people.
The best advice is DO NOT BUY OR DRIVE A MOTOR VEHICLE IN NSW. You will be scammed by the Govt. Take the bus or train.
Disgraceful Service and experience. The lady at the counter tells me that no wet signatures are required for a document, i then proceed to wait for 30 minutes for my number to be called. Once i arrived at the counter i was told that wet signatures would indeed be required. I was served by Dean who was rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. He was unable to assist and I asked for a manager to be called. Once the manager arrived I was met by the same arrogance, he did not give me a chance to explain my point or frustrations and walked off mid conversation. All in all another win for the tax payer and proof that mediocrity and disrespect is encouraged by the good folks of Service NSW. The only silver lining in this situation is that big Deano Douche has likely hit his peak and has likely never felt the warmth of a woman or a friend. Today proved to me once again that you can’t put brains in statues. Shame on you Service NSW and the employee of the year Dean
Excellent service over the phone provided by lovely TIARNE.
She solved the issue straight away and answered all the questions my dad and myself had.
Came in around 10: 20am to transfer my overseas licence and I was out in 15 mins only. The staff was friendly and efficient. Also to mention (Lizzie?) that assisted us on a different day, she gave us my partner and I the best service
Went in around 10.30am. The staff were all so nice and helpful, and service was great. I was served by Amit who walked me through the entire process. Was out of the centre within 30 mins!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have given the benefit of the doubt on multiple occasions but it never fails to amaze me how bad it is. Always.
My mum doesn't speak English and she went to Service NSW Wynyard branch to enquire about something. Judy the Customer Care Specialist was beyond helpful and kind to her. Judy, thanks for being professional and a decent human being!
To apply for a driver's license test, you need to make an appointment online in advance

I went there to get my license and they said I must translate my license for 80 dollars when I went to another branch they processed my license and I took the test directly. Another person said I needed to get some letter from the embassy because they have no idea if this is a car license or something else. Terrible service I should have called their supervisor
3 strikes - over last year have had to go in to Service NSW 3 times and each time what we were told on the phone (which seemed) perfectly logical was disputed once we got there. Once to hold personalised number plates after selling a vehicle, once to pick up personalised plates, once to re-register a boat purchased interstate Their time is more valuable than yours
This is my regular RMS and deal with them constantly, staff are unwilling to assist and give adequate information to process simple tasks.
Would highly suggest, driving to another RMS
DISGUSTING SERVICE. I’m 7.5 months pregnant and arrived 25 minutes prior to closing. The man at the front said sorry, We are closing in 25 minutes and have too many customer already to serve. I worked in retail banking for 15 years and we NEVER turn customers away, even if they arrive with complex enquiries which I was told over the phone that mine was not. Get out of customer service and go a lighthouse attendant if you don’t like people. Do better! So gross

I was unable to login to my E toll account. I visited Service NSW in Wynyard Sydney CBD NSW 2000, today. I was told that due to some software upgrade the system is not working. Since I was unable to login and cannot add the new car rego to my toll a/c therefore when I use the toll roads I am constantly getting the toll notices on my home address for unpaid tolls. How strange is that this part of the system is working fine. For a toll of 4 dollars, a service fee is added on top which is either 10 dollars, if you do not have toll a/c OR AUD 1.10 using toll a/c. This becomes 27.5% on top of the toll charges. The user is bound to pay this even when the E-toll system is not working due to their own software update. This is some thing which the service provider to address on priority.
Useless. Not open Saturday yet have staff inside walking around aimlessly like they do on weekdays.
Terrible attention to the citizen, poor personal presentation and hygiene, I hope not to return to that service center
