Service NSW reviews
51 I was there for my license wednesday 24 january 2024,
The SOUTH ASIAN woman who was in customer reception started an argument without even greeting me. I think if you don't know how to greet customers then she should not work in such place.
Waited over 1.5 hours, this is the worst service NSW ever.
Nobody apologised for the wait, 10 previous people behind me were all seen before me.
This is not the place or come for marine
Trish was an absolute pleasure to deal with and went the extra mile to help me even though it was a busy day.
They have a full on job as it is already, so I commend and thank her immensely for helping me
Good service. You may have to wait if u go in at lunch break as everyone wants something done early morning is best.
Staffs are friendly and trying their best to help. Almost common situation can be solved online or immediately on the spot. For special and different individuals maybe 10~15 minutes wait. Considerably in good service. All the best.
The South African lady on the door is a power tripping hack. Tried to turn me away because they were closing in a minute and made me beg for service. Guy who served me was nice though and got my paperwork processed in less than a minute so that was fine.
Unfortunatley, I have been here 4 times in the last 2 weeks.the new office is more disorganised than the old one. The front desk staff do not have english proficiency which is quite frustating. My 24 year old daughter was in tears due to the lack of understadning of the front desk staff, I had to go back with her and demand to see a manager to resolve the issue. Overall the office is understaffed, wait times are from 40min (at best) and over 2 hours at peak periods. The service staff are helpful and polite, more staff are needed and a better system at the front door. Experienced english speaking staff are needed to move the queue inside along efficiently, with more service staff. So many people are looking for employment.
Shocked by the great level of service I received. Having just moved from NZ I needed a NSW drivers licence, I was in and out with my licence in hand in less than 30 mins. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, such a great experience for a public system!
Great experience, Zuhal was so helpful and sorted my matter out quickly and with brilliant customer service.
It's under renovations right now, maybe someone could note that to save others a wasted trip.
I'm sure it's fine otherwise.
Rude front door staff. Inefficient system. Long wait time (45min) despite prior online booking and on time arrival.
Started off no bueno, but then again you can’t be that guy by not bringing the right forms Just have the right forms and you’re all good. Shout out to Baz (the M) ya legend. And yeah the pregnant women she was Na-na yeah at the start, but yeah broke the ice and now she is cool towards the end.
Such great service! Everyone we interacted with was so helpful and the whole process (transferring overseas driver license) was so quick and painless. Expected to be there for ages but we were in and out after half an hour.
Staff were polite and helpful, but the wait time was around 30 minutes. Admittedly there were couches which helped, but it seemed like everyone who came in after me got served before me. Perhaps there are less staff devoted to transport services (which is what I was there for), I'm not sure
My experience is that I went there twice and everyone was sent home because of the noise next door. Service in Australia has become a joke. No one cares about clients or patients. This country has become a joke. No service anywhere. Long lines. Unbelievable.
What a joke! When I arrived they shut the doors before closing time. There unwritten law is if you get to the nsw service 20mins before closing time they will not serve you.
This was my second time at this service centre and i am very sad to say i have never got worst service experience in any of the government centres. The driving test examiner Henry is so rude and very impatient. He also raised his tone while explaining the way again when i did say this at the beginning that i am not familiar with the roads of Bondi. Just to finish the test he asked another person to park the car and terminated my exam within 15 min.
It was really unfair and quick judgement on the results, not that the fee would be half refunded we still pay for the test.
Very poor experienced customer services. Almost no staffs work here because c0v1d restrictions. Office stay emptied while all consumers wait outside on the sidewalk in wet weather climate. A concierge approach me after about an hour's plus waiting say to me you can books appointments online to avoid wait next time as I was never served my transaction. I tried at home to bag an appointment but online things for boating only. I wanted to change the states of my car license. My request is still not resolved. Many lies from noservicensw.
1 hour queue to complete a licence renewal which I couldn't do online because their systems are down, place is a joke
My man George, what can I say. Extremely efficient, professional and overall simply excellent. Most well run government building I've seen in a long time
