All the staff are professional and friendly, especially reception staff is brilliant and their customer service is outstanding. The facilities are immaculately presented, and the overall service offered is of the highest standard. Staff present themselves very well and are always dressed in smart corporate attire - which makes a difference to the perception of visiting clients. Servcorp has been an ideal and a great solution to the requirement for office space, professional services and support.without a doubt, I highly recommend Servcorp to any professional organisation that wants their face to be well presented.

The Servcorp Norwest has great office environment and perfect place for start ups, All receptionist staff has been excellent and very prompt in there service, Cheyanne has been friendly and has delivered excellent customer service, Happy to recommend this location to anyone who is just starting up and settling down in Business.

The facility was fantastic, easy to access and the cafe lunch was amazing. I conducted a round of interviews for our company and hired a board room on level 5.

They gave $575 quote for after hour access to their boardroom which I accepted as I had an urgent meeting with a VIP client. At the night, they missed to keep the main gate and lifts open. I called them but it was going on answering machine. Being stressed of losing face and faith with my client, I stayed there for 20 minutes till by luck a lady was going out of the building and she let me in through the main gate only to realise the lift is also not letting me access to the 5th floor. Just by another luck, another lady came out and made a phone call to someone and they let the reception to come down and open the lift. To my shock, the reception not only did not apologise, but also rudely denied that I was waiting there and also denied the access was locked. I asked her to try it, she tried the button 5 for level 5 and it did not work. She pulled out her access card and then it worked. Although she realised that she was wrong but she still was unapologetic and aggressive.
In few days they deducted $575 from my account. To my surprise they deducted another $130 in 2 weeks and then another $18 in few days later.
I am totally disappointed with the lack of professionality, high cost (very low value), and being so unresponsive.

Fifth level co-working space in the Nexus Building. Was greeted by the two staff at the desk, with a smile and how can I assist you.they were efficient and pointed me to a lounge area in order to wait for my appointment.the office is clean and well organised with co- tea rooms etc.

The building seemed nice enough but the parking and entry was a little confusing to find at first. When you go inside there is no index to tell you which floor the business you need is but, there was a receptionist. Also the floors are not clear in the elevator. A small index panel next to the buttons would be so helpful. Both myself and another gentlemen were trying to get to the ground floor but ended up on the 1st floor. It was all just a bit unclear.

Servcorp staff at Nexus Norwest have made me feel very welcome, always friendly, polite and everything done with a smile. Gabriella at reception always has a smile, and all requests are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Ashleigh is always courteous and helpful and all issues are solved in a professional manner

ServCorp is an ideal place to lease a serviced office or co-working space. A professional and high quality location.

Nice building with a very good restaurant / coffee shop for a quick bite. Free wifi and a nice clean professional atmosphere. Parking is limited.

Danielle (Manager) and her team at Servcorp are exceptionally good at running a highly professional and relaxed workspace for business. They are extremely prompt to respond or help and you can basically get on with your business while they take care of the back-end.

Great location.nice and clean offices. Totally professional look.great to impress your clients. Expensive but impressive.
