Highly recommend Serious Pro. Professional, great eye for detail, polite and completed the job on time. I did 2 bathrooms and 2 powder rooms - full gut and renovate and the finish was perfect.

Rather disappointing experience as quality of work performed was unsatisfactory, large number of incomplete or defect items and some materials used were structurally inferior to the verbally agreed (90x45) so engaging this subcontractor requires significant effort in putting the verbal and email agreements into the legal contract including all specification or otherwise being ready for a legal process with an unfavorable outcome. Noted that the contractor has used photos from triplex framing in Kirrawee on its Facebook and Instagram. Be ware that the contractor was terminated and the project was finished by the third party. Cease and desist using the triplex framing project in Kirrawee for commercial promotional purposes.

Never sign their agreement ever. Full of fine print that takes all rights. The contractor used cheaper and less structural materials that was in clear violation of verbal and email agreement and the quote from Bunnings that firm part of the agreed price.

Incomplete work negative feedback from structural engineer and highly confrontational individual.

The team at Serious pro are always helpful with the small and large jobs I have used them for. Always arrive when they say they will arrive and the rates are always reasonable, the workmanship is of a high quality. This is a great outfit!

We have used the Serious PRO team twice in the last few months and would highly recommend them. Firstly we had them install a pergola over our deck, we couldn’t be happier with the finished product. The quality of work was fantastic.
We were so happy with Libor and his team we had them back to replace our old bi-fold doors with some beautiful new ones.
The job had its challenges, but nothing was too hard for the Serious PRO guys and they would continually keep us updated and informed. Again the finished product was completed to a high standard.
It was refreshing to have such friendly and trustworthy tradies working at my place.
