Booked in for the Unwind spa treatment (body scrub, shower and full body massage) last week with Ebony. It was the best treatment and massage I have had in a very long time. Ebony is amazing - her massaging was truly relaxing and de-stressing, I almost nodded off! She made me feel comfortable, was softly spoken and very professional. The decor and ambiance was calming and quiet - no background noise at all. I was so impressed I booked another treatment before I left. Thank you Ebony for a beautiful spa experience! Thoroughly recommend

Attended an appointment today and waited 20 mins with barely any
acknowledgemrnt from
staff finally walked out after waiting what would have 20 mins into my appointment. Watched staff use their mobile phones whilst ignoring customers.not l

I went here for the very first time to get my nails done for my 21st and I can happily say these are my favourite acrylics I’ve ever had! The lady was so lovely and was amazing with how she did the nails! And not to mention the other ladies in general were all so lovely. I’ll definitely be back again. Thank you so much ladies!

The lovely ladies made it easy to book an appointment. When I arrived Amber was attentive and provided excellent customer service and a friendly chat.
Brooke took me for my treatments and made me feel comfortable and at ease. So happy with my eyebrows and feeling so relaxed after the hot stone massage. I had a great experience here, the ladies are professional and I look forward to my next appointment ️

I was lucky enough to have a friend book me in for a birthday pedicure. It was my first visit to the lovely ladies at Serenity and it was a relaxing and enjoyable service. I had a sneak peak into the amazing new fitout adjoining the original salon and it looks incredible. I will be booking in a facial or massage soon!

The ladies in here are absolutely amazing, so down to earth, really make you feel comfortable and the treatments were devine!
