The friendly staff helped us check in early. The room itself is very close to the train station so when the train passes by it gets very loud. Other than that, the room has a modern feel and we have everything we need in the room!

I hope the government finally steps in soon and shuts the place down. Businesses in Australia should not be allowed to operate blatant scams.

Good location as it's not far from the shops and train station, our room was smallish but we only needed a bed for the night and the the bed was comfortable and the room was clean and the motel is relatively new. Highly recommended for a night or 2 stay.

This hotel deserves 0 start rating.
Had the most horrible experience with this hotel. We have been driving for 5 hours and needed a quick stop to rest. When I booked with the agent they stated it is 24 hours check in so 2 rooms were booked.
I arrived at the hotel, a lady came out to front desk no welcoming or greeting but with an angry look on her face. She denied our reservations and said there is no room available or 24hr check-in. She kept speaking on top of me and telling me to shush and to step outside as I tried to ring the booking agency. Plain dismissive and rude!
Asked for a refund as this is hotel and agent’s complete fault of miscommunication and misunderstanding and this hotel ribs me off of my money. Disgraceful and lacking empathy!
Outside of this hotel and car park looks ancient and dirty. Car park is dark with minimal lights.
Book elsewhere and avoid disappointment.

What’s good about it:

1. The cost of a studio is about half of other apartments.
2. It’s close to the shops, train station and is located in a rich and safe suburb.
3. The receptionist was friendly and helpful.

What’s not good:

1. The room finish or construction was not good.
2. They placed a huge TV in an inappropriate area and could be a potential hazard to guests.
3. The lights do not have dimmers.
4. The 3-1 microwave appliance is too hard to operate and is placed above peoples heads.

I only stayed one night with my friend. The location is quite convenient as it is next to the station and the shops.upon first glance, the place is very compact and narrow (Which isn't a bad thing!). The room was comfortable despite it's size, all aspects were clean and tidy, very generous towel distribution. Staff are very friendly, Noise is minimal and I will definitely be returning again.

Booked 2 nights when I arrived they had only 1 room which was half renovated with no carpet on the floor. I went out for a few hours for dinner etc etc and come back to a note on my bed saying we have moved all my belongings.without consent into another room which was like a shoe box.when I checked out I got offered a Free Night Stay at any chosen date. I called this morning and the owner (whom I spoke with on my arrival on the first day checking in) had no memory of the occasion at all was 2 weeks prior to the phone call and was completely rude the whole conversation. Very Poor Service. Need option for 0 stars!

Hotel is in a great location. Close to the train station, bus stop out the front, 5 minute walk to Woolies, shops and restaurants. The Korean restaurant across the road is excellent! The rooms themselves are fine. Although quite small, they are modern with comfy beds and all the basic utensils needed for a short stay. Kettle, toaster, microwave, bar fridge etc we’re all good.
Unfortunately housekeeping is below average. Bathroom had less than half a roll of toilet paper with no spare, there was no bathmat, kitchen sponge had been used numerous times already, the carpet needed a good vacuum and the balcony was filthy.
There is never anyone at reception, so I wasn’t able to check in until 3pm when I had already organised to check in at 2pm and there was fresh blood on the floor at the entry.
Overall, I think it’s slightly overpriced for what you get, but if I needed to stay in the area again, I’d give the place another go. I’ve stayed in far worse.

Very small but tidy rooms, secure parking for 10 dollars a night. Bed was very comfortable and located near Gordon train station for easy transport anywhere in Sydney. Lovely lay out, although it’s situated behind a train track the trains are extremely quiet. Would recommend for a single person or a couple who don’t mind the small space.

Good location. The TV in our room did not work. We only had one mug to drink from. The ash tray on the balcony was full of wet cigarette butts. We found an uneaten French fry on the floor. It is the only 2 star hotel in the world. We booked it because it was close to where we needed to be and were surprised at the price. I now understand why the price is so low.

Stayed here a few weekends ago to notice that this has got to be the worst hotel I’ve ever stepped foot in. First of all the aircon smelt like a raccoon was stuck in the vents the entire time, the cupboards were on the verge of falling off every time we opened them, our complimentary milk was more frozen than Antartica, they clearly don’t clean under the beds as I’ve seen garbage bins in better condition. The only good part about this hotel was handing in our room key and leaving. I would strongly recommend sleeping in the public park instead. Cheers

The room was not bad, it was on the smaller side but relatively clean. The cutlery had some food left on it so had to wash it before using. The main reason for the poor rating is because we had to go to reception 3x to keep programming our key as it continuously did not work on the undercover carpark and room door. We only realised why this was when we managed to enter our room and it was already occupied by another couple. When we went to reception to tell the receptionist this we but we had to wait a while as the receptionist was on the phone. We didn't recieve any compensation but was given a short spoken apology. Besides this mishap in the beginning the stay was overall not bad.

Garbage property & run by crooks.
Paid a 1k deposit bond, I had to contact fair trading to get it back 1.5 years later. Trash.
Whole bottom floor flooded when there as trash quality build. Which caused a massive mould build up so expect Neuro toxicity from this toxic place!
Kitchens have no cooking equipment, no pans so don't bother wasting your money to cook a meal
The washing machine was broken, I told them daily to put up a sign yet they didn't the entire time it was there. I took it upon myself to warn people staying there it will steal your money.
Staff electrician also hit on my wife while standing right next to me & we got nose to nose!
Wish I could give this place & it's staff negative 5 stars.

Good medium term mid budget accommodation. A little drab not too much character but sufficient for business travel. Terrible wifi which they are aware of but have done nothing about.

Excellent value and everything I needed in a room. Very modern and clean. The owner was great in responding to my questions prior to my stay which was very much appreciated.

Extremely clean rooms. Convenient overnight carpark for an extra fee. Make sure you pack a towel if checking in after reception hours as there were no hand or bath towels in my room. A small, but important detail.

Super Friendly helpful staff, excellent bedding, modern rooms, fantastic shower, convenient location.

Staff are very friendly, rooms and lobby are super modern and clean, 5 min walk to shopping mall with a Woolworths and 2 sushi restaurants. We had a balcony so that was very nice to get some fresh air and sunlight:)

I highly recommend staying here. I stayed here for over a week and had the most pleasant stay. Great staff that are helpful and friendly.
