Sentral is so cheeks. I got banned for 30 minutes because I apparently I put in the wrong password. But it's the same password I've used for the past 4 years. I even checked and I didn't do anything wrong, this has been happening a lot lately.plus I have to add some information on how dead and goofy the system is. Its so slow, looks like it was make in 2004 and hasn't been updated since then.update: do you want to fix your website.how am i supposed to use it if im locked out

Useless. Can't use with Apple Mac. Web site has amazing amount blurb showing how good it is.with no easy to find solutions. I haven't got the time to look at all the Videos on how too. Please can we just have an easy click and pay.just one more system that is really annoying.

Good experience, but for the school sentral, a useful feature could be for students to be able to search up teachers and staff.

Poor system, often shows error messages (e.g. 502 bad gateway) or incorrect password despite being the correct password. Didn't find any method of communicating with school although in the FAQ there is a nonexistent 'messages' function.

Absolutely amazing product. Deserves 5 stars. Each star is $5.99. Ask me for details to get more stars.

Sentral does not work it made me get an E for no reason. They ask inappropriate questions, they show terrifying images of bob the builder

App is useless. Fill in for the kids absence due to sickness and was sent a message to explain their absence. No sign of the original message created but message to explain. Also having an issue with permissions. Have given permission via app but continues to prompt me to give permission every time I open the window.

The most God awful customer service and product. We were promised the moon during the honeymoon phase and can't even do half the things we were promised: curriculum mapping, online reporting. When you ask to be pointed to documentation or resources so that you can figure it out yourself, you get documentation that is outdated, unhelpful and just simply wrong. If you pay for training, you just get told that you cannot do half the things that you were promised!

I am a student who uses Sentral to access my school timetable online but now I cannot log in anymore and really need to log in so that I can view my new timetable and can prepare for a new school year. Please let students log in again as it can really help us know what to bring on the first day of school.

Absolutely dreadful customer service, so disappointing that our school has wasted so much money on this program. Help function is a waste of time as there is no communication with customers and you are unable to talk to a person. Our school wastes so much time trying to troubleshoot and set things up correctly. All help guides are outdated and most not suitable for DOE schools.

I cannot even reset my password or look at my report and someone keeps changing my password in the TSO. This is not smart, go bankrupt.we need better website designers.

Useless. The ap has one star from over 230 reviews as it fails on all levels. As a parent you cannot even change you email address without having to contact a school administrator. The Sentral 'help' refuses to provide any assistance to parents when the platform is not functioning.

Is there anyway I can give them 'Zero'. They are not worth even 1 star. The website looks like they are a big company but they might have used a paper to record customer requests or feedbacks.then forget about it. It is the worst.

Sentral is the future of school information systems. Its extremely comprehensive and so easy to use! Love Sentral.

No good enough, one simple technical glitch takes up ages to be solved.and still unresolved! Customer help processes onerous.

The software looks really nice until you try and use it as a classroom teacher. The roll marking requires multiple clicking. The variations are clunky, The Markbook is cumbersome. The whole system is not student focused. You have to keep going in and out of modules to access different information on the same student. I could go on.but it appears it's fashionable which could be the only reason for its apparent popularity.
