Sensom Luxury Bed & Breakfast

If sipping hibiscus tea and eating locally made yogurt and honey while overlooking a beautiful hinterland oasis brimming with bird songs sounds good to you, then Sensom is a must. The hosts, Andrew and Lee, are as gorgeous as the the garden paradise they have created - ensuring quality across the board…from incredibly comfy beds, fluffy (and enormous) bath towels, a cozy fireplace, carefully considered bespoke decor (that speaks to adventurous travel abroad), and the crowning touch - THE most gentle and cuddly dog named Luca. Truly a corner of heaven.

Beautiful ambiance. Truely Delightful hosts provided top service. Room was clean, comfortable and relaxing. The location is throughly enchanting. Being surrounded by the wonders of nature made the stay even more pleasant. We very much enjoyed our morning walk to the pond to feed the magical Koi. Breakfast was delicious. We were so thrilled that our dietary requests were accommodated. We have found our new favourite stay in Coffs. Thank you

Very tranquil and comfortable. Lee and Andrew are perfect hosts and clearly love what they have and do. The property is stunning! Luca the host dog makes the place feel that touch more homely. Could not recommend this place highly enough.

Sensom is a hidden paradise situation on a stunning peaceful, tranquil property, it is filled with so much natural beauty with the lush green beautifully presented garden.
Lee & Andrew were perfect hosts to liase with & offered great recommendations or suggestions for the surrounding areas to explore. The room itself was gorgeous, with high quality bed, bedding & furnishings, open airy with a lovely white palette.
The pool was so relaxing & we felt we could have been anywhere in the world, that's how relaxed you felt.

Looked like a lovely place but they took full payment without mentioning when booking that a full Covid test (since added) would be required before check in. This is the only place in Australia that still does this. Be warned. No refunds (which they promised and then reneged on) and a very unpleasant and hostile attitude. This is either how they extort money or they aren’t vaccinated.

No doubt there will be a long and vicious justification for their poor attitude following this review.

My advice, stay instead at the fabulous Clarence River B&B who took us in at the last minute. A stunning location, fabulous room, and lovely people.

Ideal accommodation if you're looking for peace & serenity. Friendliness of the hosts, Andrew & Lee, picturesque location and the comfortable, cleanliness of the rooms is exactly what they offer at this charming Bed & Breakfast.

Andrew and Lee were the perfect hosts for their perfect property.
Sensom was absolutely stunning and you immediately feel relaxed as soon as you arrive.
Hopefully we will be able to get back soon for a longer stay.

My partner and I arrived and were greeted so kindly by the hosts, we were shown around the property and greeted by their beautiful dog. Our room- the garden suit was exceptionally clean and comfortable and we were able to unwind and relax with beverage on arrival. The breakfast in the morning was 10/10 delicious, the Bircher muesli and fresh fruit was refreshing and the best I have tasted. It was a relief to know the hosts were able to accomodate to our dietary needs and topped off breakfast with the best poached egg avocado stack I have had in a long time. Everything about this stay was relaxing and luxury for myself and my partner. It was admittedly the first bed and breakfast we had stayed in and we were in no way disappointed. I’d recommend this B&B to anyone and look forward to coming back and staying again in the future. - Jase & Tay
