If you’re an adult seeking a regular exercise program to enhance your physical health and overall wellbeing, I highly recommend Senior Fitness. As an 80- year-old man, I have personally had a wonderful experience with this program.
One of the things I appreciate most about Senior Fitness is the safe and friendly environment it provides. Additionally, the staff members are well-trained and skilled at designing and implementing personalised workout programs that catered to my individual needs and goals. Their encouragement and support have been invaluable to me as I strive to improve my overall fitness.
Thanks to the welcoming atmosphere and the very friendly staff, I feel comfortable returning to Senior Fitness each week to continue my fitness journey. I truly value my experience with Senior Fitness.

Seniors Fitness has been just what I needed. I have seen a noticeable increase in strength and flexibility since coming here every week. They have invested in quality equipment and the staff are knowledgeable and competent exercise physiologists. You get individualized attention and equipment resistance settings that are personalized to your needs. I would definitely recommend this place.

The people who run this place are the greatest because they make the exercise fun as well as pushing you to improve and they listen & react to where you have problems e.g. Arthritis complaints.
It is great facility with good equipment and a positive vibe which helps your mental health.

It's wonderful, tailored and works specifically designed for seniors young at heart, but having a mind and body that needs to catch up. The program and monitoring is individualised, and their AXIT measurements and print out, shows the program works. My long COVID journey was from not being able to get out of a chair to participating in the Huskisson Triathlon after 4 months, (basic training group) via 10,000 steps daily, and no falls.

I have been with Seniors Fitness for 18 months now. I have never continued any exercise program consistently for this long and it’s all thanks to Emily and Grace. Now that we are in lockdown I continue a semi private lesson with my husband on line as well as the online Pilates and strength classes. A great way to start each day! I highly recommend Seniors Fitness.

Emily and Grace have pivoted their business successfully to offer online classes that are challenging and enjoyable. They have found a great formula for motivating their Senior members and getting them working hard on their health through exercises that are targeted at improving our balance, core strength and heart health.

Seniors Fitness and more importantly the physiologists who run Seniors Fitness are extraordinarily professional and have adapted rapidly to the challenges of Covid 19. By putting in health measures at the clinic they have protected their clientele and by quickly moving to online classes they are offering a lifeline to those of us isolating at home. While some of us have struggled with the technology and the inevitable hiccups with internet connections dropping in and out, for the most part it has been a very positive transition. I think I can say for all those taking part that we are all fitter and stronger thanks to Emily and her classes. I take this opportunity to thank the girls for their ability to adapt to the challenges of our current circumstances and would recommend them to everyone.

I've previously attended group classes in person at the facility in Bondi Junction - because of my specific health and injury issues this turned out to not be the most suited to me. I was then given my own tailored program to work through on the equipment which was good. Since COVID I have been doing online sessions with with my husband instructed by Emily. Emily instructs us through the computer screen and we each do our own individual very different 45 minute program at the same time. She varies the exercises regularly. I use various domestic things - a chair for stability, cans of food, bottles of water as weights. It works brilliantly and has helped the keep me fit in this madness and its nice to see another face a couple of times a week at least.

I have been going to Seniors Fitness since Jan. 2019. Since then, my strength and fitness have improved a lot even though I went to other gyms prior to going to Seniors Fitness. Emily and Grace have been excellent teachers and they keep an eye on us all the time, correcting our techniques and pushing us to challenge on. Personally, I do depend on them to correct my mistakes which has helped me to execute the exercises without hurting myself. As a general rule, I hate exercises, but they have both made the classes enjoyable as well as beneficial to maintaining our fitness and strength. Since Covid, they have graduated to online classes we find fun and rewarding! I know a lot of the members have the same opinion as I have about the Seniors Fitness Gym. I would recommend 100% to all seniors to give Senior Fitness classes a go. Really worth it. Thank you Emily and Grace.

I really love Seniors fitness, Emily, Grace and Billie are really committed to helping me improve my health, loose weight and increase my fitness.
As Exercise Physiologists they can ensure you do the exercise correctly and can really push you. I can't recommend Seniors Fitness highly enough.

I really love Seniors fitness it is really good exercises and they really push you which is really good i do have Cerebral Palsy and they are really making my life easier as i use to fall over a lot and now i don't thank you Emily and Grace and i really want anyone who is not balanced like me should give this a go
