Senior Helpers are absolutely outstanding! My mum doesn’t actually like very many helpers until we found Senior Helpers they matched her with Simon who she thought was an absolute gem. He listened carefully to her instructions and could also intuitively predict her needs and likes. She was so impressed by him and we absolutely loved him too. He never patronised her but treated her with the respect and dignity she deserved. Trish also helped us navigate the incredibly complex aged care system with compassion and pragmatism. We are so very grateful for all the incredible care. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Aged Care is a mine field and one that is even more daunting when you are dealing with ageing parents in these challenging times. My parents are both in their 90's and wanted to stay in their home as long as possible. Finding the right care and managing the Aged Care system was a nightmare, until we found Senior Helpers Northern Beaches. This is a small family business and it was like having family in the home. They were truly dedicated to my parents and we all grew to love the carers. They helped us manage the complexity of the Aged Care system and went above and beyond to make sure my parents were well cared for. It really was a pleasure and a breathe of fresh air dealing with them.
